Based on the timing of all the 1 star reviews, I'm guessing this place was SLAMMED with Omicron. So maybe give them some grace for dealing with all that sh*t with a thousand walk-ins a day I assume.
I walked in, service was great, quick, thorough (they got a medical test done for me in like the first 10 minutes after my paperwork was done), doc came in quick and was very helpful explaining what was going on and what needs to be done. He made a copy of the test results to show my own PCP back in Ohio. Great place if you ask me. Assistants were friendly and helpful too. I'd highly recommend.

I waited in the parking lot for 3 hours. Got called back. Send back out to the parking lot for another hour. Got put in a room for another hour. Saw the doc. Waited another hour. I can understand some long waits. But 6 hours is were I draw the line. The faculty don't seem like the understand how to be efficient. Everyone here past the receptionist had an attitude. I would put no stars, but google won't let me. I will not be coming back

I came in for a quick covid test so that i could fly out to germany the next day. it took 1.5 hours to get into a room, and then another 1+ hour to get my results. and the entire time i stomped crickets and i found a cricket in the lights of the room. on top of all this the singular decoration in the entire room is mediocre def not worth having up, it would look better in a museum than in a doctors office, that combined with the terrible frame made the whole experience unenjoyable. if i could give it 0 stars i would. plus nobody was wearing a mask, which yes it is alabama, there is still a pandemic

Firstly, you need about 3 hours or more to actually see the doctor. Secondly, all your meds won't run out at the same time. Then you just have to beg them. Lastly, they knew I needed thyroid meds because it had to be surgically removed. Now they won't give me my meds because of funny liver results. I don't have insurance, so just no. I don't have five hundred dollars.

Went in for Covid19 test after a coworker tested positive. I’m not complaining about wait times like the crybabies you see on here, or the guy who probably had indigestion claiming severe chest pain. Wait times are the norm in any medical facility. My complaint is the painful, intrusive method used for covid testing. The assistant ran the swab deep into my sinus cavities, and though I tested negative for covid, I’ve developed a sinus issue since the testing. There needs to be better training! There needs to be a better method! I’m not a sickly person, I’ve never had sinus issues, and I

I was completely aware of the first come basis here as it is walk in only so I arrived this morning at 6:30. That’s 30 minutes before they open at 7:00. I was the 3rd person to sign in but was the 15th to be called back. Yes, I counted. After waiting almost 2 hours in the waiting area I then had to wait another hour in the room. This place is absolutely ridiculous and I will never come back.
