The Piedmont Health Care Center will complete in April of 2021, a new 6750 SF, 12-bed, all private room addition to their existing 85,000 SF facility.
Piedmont Health Care Center offers long-term skilled nursing care for those who cannot return to a lesser level of care and need the full time, 24-hour support of staff to maintain an optimal level of independence and quality of life. Our long-term nursing care program continues to put our residents and family members at the center of their care plan.
Our rehabilitation program is a critical piece of our clinical care strategy. Our goal is to accelerate healing and improve quality of life to the maximum extent possible.
Our Physical and Occupational therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists incorporate the latest medical technology and methodology to enhance our resident's recovery in the areas of wound healing, continence management, pain management, dysphasia, contracture management, and fall prevention.

I got there at 5 minutes till closing, and couldn't find any one to ask about therapy.Mom was suppose to stay for 21days,but we had to take her out because after we had to make apt. Just to see her and that bothered me anyways you should be able to go there any time day or night,Abuse ,Neglect!Thank God no one hit her 3red shift nurse hollered at her,but she was neglected, Was never once given a bath the smell,omg never even taken to therapy sat in room 24 /7. Personally wouldn't send my dog there.

I liked having my doctor within walking distance. But, they have moved my doctor TWICE now, from this location. So, I'll be looking for a medical professional at a fixed location. A fixed location other than this one. Obviously, those of us who had depended upon being able to visit our doctor at this location, can't trust those who were temporarily sending nurse practitioners there, to leave a good thing alone. Thankfully, some of us don't have to report to a certain address for treatment, just because the "powers that be" say so. This is close enough to Georgia, that, those who I've heard good
