I just had TNT install engineered hardwood throughout my home. Not only was I impressed at the level of quality work, they were also timely, neat and courteous. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I don't want it going to their heads! This review would be a five-star if not for that - cause there ain't nothing worse than big-headed rock stars...

Everything from the first phone call to the handshake and watching the team drive away was perfect. Mike, Phil, Roberto, Jose and Ulysses were all very profession and kind. The initial bid was very fair, the workmanship and final product are fantastic. I look forward to working with TNT in the near future for some other projects. I feel very secure in knowing that they are the right team for my tile work. I highly recommend TNT!

We have used TNT tile 3 times now!! Every single time we have been so impressed with Mike and his crew with the attention to detail. They are efficient, clean, and give us everything and more we have asked for. I highly recommend them! It's hard finding a good, quality tile man who can give you exactly what you want. We chose herringbone which is not an easy task and are very happy with our end results! Can't wait for our next project!!

We needed a shower tile job completed ASAP for our handicap parents. TNT responded quickly to our request for quote, providing quote and getting us on the schedule. They completed job within one day of original expected completion date. We also had them tile our master closet and now plan on using them to tile our living room/dining room.

TNT Tile did an amazing job in removing old tile and installing new for the shower in our master bathroom. Owner Mike Toney provided very reasonable estimate for the work, and gave many helpful suggestions that lowered the cost while maintaining the quality we were seeking. His crew, Chris and Ulices were masters at their craft. Showed up daily at 8am and put in a full day's work daily until project was completed. Friendly young men, hard-working, and kept all work spaces very clean at the end of each day. Very very professional. We could not be more pleased with the finished product

TNT Tile ROCKS!!!! They tiled my bathroom 2 months ago and did a fantastic job after using the shower for a month I noticed the tile Border in my shower was losing its color I contacted Mike and he came out immediately to take a look and determined my tile was defective. He said he would take care of it and only charged me $75 to fix it which I thought was pretty awesome considering it wasn't his fault he told me to go find new tile and to give him a call which I did and they came out and fixed it they definitely go A Step Beyond and provide top-notch service !!!!!! I am also a business owner

TNT Tile and Stone was assigned as our installer by Installation Made Easy. From the beginning there were issues:
1) Installation Made Easy provided incorrect contact information for TNT, delaying initial confirmation of our appointment.
2) We explained the location of our property (Truckee, CA) and expressed concern that an installer from over an hour away had been assigned. Knowing this information, Rebecca from TNT confirmed the appointment and assured us the location wasn't an issue. On Wednesday before out measure, Rebecca emailed to cancel TNT's service altogether, saying

These guys are great! We had our guest bath shower and floor redone. Mike told us it would take three days. They started on a Friday and were finished up on time. He told us what time they would be there each morning and they were prompt and took care of business! My bathroom looks fantastic. I'm going to do my kitchen floor soon and I will definitely have them do the work!
