I would not recommend this place to anyone. Most uncomfortable visit. The dentist and staff are so desperate for money and appointments. The dentist was talking about taking more than one tooth. He knew I was in pain for my reason being there. Takes me back and taps on my tooth and squirts cold water into my exposed nerve then sends me out to get a price quote. They charged me 60$ for two xrays and then tried to charge me 900 to remove 2 teeth. I'm only here to get the one out that is bothering. Waste of time. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Becarful you may only walk in need one tooth

I am extremely disappointed in this practice. A while ago I received a filling from them. Shorty after, my tooth broke. I went back and was told "the filling we put in was too big for your tooth." Of course, I was given a bill on how much it will cost to fix it. This is very poor service. How is this good business? You should have fixed it with little or no charge to me. That is an honorable business.

This place is a scam. They never answer the phone and when they do. They place you on hold for 5-10 minutes.
Now that I got through to them today they tell me they placed me in a collection agency. And that if I want to move forward I have to pay the collection agency.
But I already made a deposit of $1,500 cash! For my Invisalign braces that I never received! And the lady tells I will not receive a refund. Not to mention the temporary crowns they put in my mouth are trash they came off a week after they put them on not to mention I had some health issues and I called multiple times to explain

This place is amazing! I had previously gone to aspen dental and the dentist just had no bed side manor nor patients for my high anxiety!
The dentist here was amazing he totally remained calm and patient with me! Made me feel like he cared about me and genuinely wanted me to feel safe and comfortable while feeling better!
I’ll never see another dentist again! Thank you guys so much!

I don't normally post reviews but this office visit was nothing short of amazing! Everyone was so friendly and professional from the time I walked in. The dental hygienist I was working it (I forgot her name) was awesome! She explained everything she was doing and the cleaning was the best I've had in years!! The dentist came in and he didn't disappoint. He greeted me, explained my options, gave his opinion and provided the necessary referral I needed. I'm so happy I found this office. Quality care is hard to come by these days, THANKS ALTAMONTE SPRINGS FAMILY DENTISTRY!!!
