Came in on 1/19 for the $78 new patient special which included complete x-rays, cleaning & exam. All services performed by Kelly and Dr. Gibby were explained well and completely thorough. I really 'lucked-out' in finding this practice (including Mackenzie and the others at the front desk), where I will now be going to for all of my dental services. Thank you.

Dr Gibby and Tabitha I cannot tell you my deepest thank you I have lived over this whole world and have been to a dentist maybe 3 or 4 times in my life but I have never felt that relaxed in a Dr. Office between you two and your office staff there are no questions left you answered and took care of my tooth extraction unquestionably well and now without a doubt I will be back to get the rest of these rocks out before they go bad like the last one. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!

First time coming to Palm Springs and I felt comfortable…that’s very important to me.Tabitha which attended me was awesome…always asking throughout my procedure if I had any questions. I went in to replace a crown didn’t feel anything and it was fast. The dentist seemed pretty nice didn’t quite get his name. Anyway my temp done by Tabitha looked as good as my real crowns!! Also everything was broken down to me verbally and on paperwork. I think I have a new dentist for me and family. Will update when I get my crown!

Today I was a new patient at Palm Springs Dental. I have to be honest, I wasn't excited to be visiting another dental office. But I read the reviews and they were very positive. My current dental office was bought out and I did not like the changes and new doctor. Due to a dental emergency, I decided to try this office. My thoughts were that with the pain I was having, I most likely needed my tooth pulled! But thought I would just get an x-ray and go from their. I arrived at the office a little before my appointment and checked in! The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was called

REASONABLE PRICES!!!! Desire was AMAZING, very professional, knowledgeable about the services and she quickly calmed me down as I wasn’t expecting to have extraction done the same day!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office for anyone who is not a fan of the dentist!!!! Awesome Friendly staff, I was in pain for 6 months and Palm Springs made it possible to sleep at night

Very accommodating, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Was about 10 minutes late getting there because I wrote the wrong time down. Called ahead of noted appt. time to confirm they received new patient paperwork electronically. They had & then to verify the time when I realized that I wrote the wrong time. Consult on a tooth extraction and subsequent possibility of an implant. Have some other health issues that might effect this procedure. Saw the oral surgeon, he answered my questions. I was referred by my daughter to visit this place.. after I visit others places were a had a very bad nightmare experience. And I’m glad I did , Palm Springs was excellent , they got me, me and my husband as new patients same day. We was explained all the details.. answered and question very clear courteous and every one pleasant.. front desk.. personal assistant .. dental hygienist Mechael and Doctors absolutely every one at the entire office is welcoming and comforting.
And no to mention the prices was right considering my Insurance Plan is not in the net work . Thank you so much for taking

The Palm Springs Dental team are absolutely the best I have ever been to. They go the extra mile to explain and make sure patients understand the procedures being done, answer any questions, and are as comfortable as possible. They don't try to push any extra work, and clearly explain any pros and cons. I 100% recommend them to anyone needing any type of dental care.

Palm Springs Dental was excellent!! They got me in as a new patient same day in 3 hours to be seen. They were professional and courteous and put me at ease. Julie my hygienist was very good at educating me through the whole process and what the next steps would be in my treatment plan. The dentist was friendly and gave a honest evaluation and plan as well. They took my insurance and did not try to oversell me on anything. Will definitely return.
