They are HORRIBLE. They showed up late after WE called to find out where they were. They didn't apologize for arriving late. They didn't have any of the information about where we were going and expected one of us to sit up there with the driver and direct him...no thanks. They sent a broken limo. They made us late for our reservation. They are horrible business operators. They swindled us out of our hard earned money. Josef is the manager and has no tact or care for customer service. Prince was the driver and had no regard for time, requests, or customer service. Do not waste your time

My experience with this company would be laughable, except that I am not laughing about how much they charged our party. Our party was set to leave at 7:00 for a 7:45 reservation about 12 miles away. Even though the company had been given the pick up address, the driver went to a totally different location and we waited for him about 15 minutes. We had to call him to come to the correct location, which he did not apologize for. We entered the limo and were instantly hit with hot air blowing in our faces like hand dryers in the restroom.
