Got a quote online and reserved a Point-to-Point car service over the phone (received a confirmation email and everything). After giving the company extra directions to get to the pick up location Yusuf emailed me to say the representative I spoke to made a mistake and I would actually be charged quite a bit more than the reservation stated since I was being picked up at a wedding (he said they make you have a 2 hour minimum reservation for weddings - even though I would only be driving about 30 minutes). I said if they couldn't honor my reservation for the agreed-upon price, then I didn't want

I used Cloud Limousine twice last week, airport transfers both to and from ATL.
My pickup was scheduled for 5am and I received a text message at 4:45 letting me know that my chauffeur (Gary) had arrived early. Gary got me to the airport on time and suggested drop-off at lower level Delta check-in area. The lines at the lower level were shorter and it helped avoid some of the extra holiday traffic. Thanks Gary!
The return pickup from the airport was just as easy. My flight back into ATL was delayed by several hours and the chauffeur had been tracking my flight the entire time. He was aware of
