RST guys are great! We use them from Russian Hill to SFO and return. They were easy to work with and flexible. The price was quoted upfront and didn't suddenly change. On our return home from Europe we wore told to call as soon as we cleared Customs, we did and our ride was waiting for us right outside the International Terminal, as promised.
I will never use another limo service, RST is my ride. Ride share services like Uber black have become pretty unreliable during these times, especially out in less dense areas. Found these guys on google. Great service, competitive rates, friendly and easy going driver. I stopped using uber for now because I don't really trust that the drivers are sanitizing their vehicles (from past experiences), and opted in for a more private service.

I needed a professional car service (no taxi-no uber!) for a somewhat unplanned event/medical procedure. My trustworthy good friend is out of town, and although my neighbor is a great guy, I didn't want him my driving my car. Everyone else that I could impose upon is at work. So why not treat myself to a Limousine ride home? I can afford it and there's no fuss, no muss. So very pleased with my choice of RSTLimos service! I searched “Towne Car to the airport” and the RSTLimos website came up. I was able to easily request a quote and received a timely text from a live person! I was able to update flight changes and coordinate with RSTLimos accordingly. I was comfortable with their pricing. I was impressed with the driver and he was early for pick up! No stress at all. RSTLimos will now be my “go-to.” They earned a 10+ rating from me.

I requested a quote and after declining their services, the person on the other end began belittling me.
I was shocked to read the messages and I felt very uncomfortable.
I do not recommend calling this car service for any reason. The customer service is nonexistent and very unprofessional.
I would not want anyone from this business driving my family or clients.

Huge thank you to Lisa and the team at RST Limos. From North Carolina we were booking an airport pickup for our college aged daughter who was traveling to see family in California. It was so nice to be able to speak to Lisa after receiving our online quote and to confirm all details. We felt so much more comfortable knowing our daughter had a safe and confirmed mode of transport. She was picked up and delivered in record time and her trip is off to a great start! I broke my arm so my sister from TX had to come to SF to help me out, she had to go back Friday after Thanksgiving,. We couldn't find anyone to take her to the airport. Started googling for car services, most quotes were 95.00 then got a text from Lisa the cost of the ride would be 75.00, I accepted the cost and everything thing went smoothly. Confirmation was sent within minutes, Lisa called to reconfirm the address and best of all the car was upgraded to a SUV Denali. Driver was already there at 6:30am when we went out. The car was clean and very comfortable. My sister was thrilled

We found Red Star Transportation on Yelp and instead of using Uber like we always do decide to try a private company this time. We booked a San Francisco airport SUV transfer to San Jose. I would highly recommend this company for transfer. Price was cheaper than Uber, the driver was extremely nice and helpful on the drive into SJ, pointing things out and giving us recommendations. Helped with luggage etc. The car was clean and had cold water waiting for us. We also booked a return from our hotel to San Francisco. The driver was on time. We will definitely use this company again on our next travel
