We purchased a $7,500 sofa from CDG. We were told the fabric was sturdy and could be used even in vacation rentals (we don't use it for this purpose, strictly personal home use) . Within weeks it started pilling to the point where it looked like a sofa from a frat house.
We sent a cover back to the manufacturer for replacement, they responded that there was dog hair on it and that voids warranty (which was never mentioned) They never asked if we even have a dog or whether the animal hair could have come from the UPS store who packed it. So essentially all they have to do to void the warranty is

We have worked with Collective over the past year to remodel and furnish a condo in Breckenridge. Specifically, we have worked with Elle Schwab and we are so pleased with our home! We live overseas so everything was online and through pictures - we just had to trust that in the end Elle would pull it all together. The first time we saw anything was on installation day and we were so incredibly pleased with how the home came together. Elle has been a gem and we would absolutely recommend Collective generally and Elle specifically.

The selection, although beautiful, was extremely small and the girl working was extremely young. She said they could get many more things that weren't in the store. It seemed like a weird thing to say. I wouldn't even know what to tell her I wanted specifically or even close. That is what I was hoping to figure out going into the store while we were in town. Ultimately, I wasn't confident I'd end up finding what I needed without a lot of time. Part of my lack of confidence was in the likely lack of experience of the associate, I'm sorry to say that. She seemed very nice.

This store is such a great addition to Summit County! There's no other place like this up here. Everything is so stylish and unique. Izzy and Anna Grace helped me pick out some beautiful pieces to revamp and update my home. It’s such a cool experience to be able to pick from the interior designer’s selection but also have the opportunity to work with them directly.
