Services
We are passionate about pursuing the role of environmental stewards through energy efficient design and resource conservation in architecture. All of our homes are energy star rated with an emphasis on the practical costs associated in high altitude construction.

By using region specific durable materials, innovative heating and cooling solutions, proper building orientation, in-depth analysis of site context parameters such as sun positioning and prevailing winds, we are able to minimize every project's carbon footprint.
Savage Architecture has done a great job for us! Adam Savage designed the house we bought in Breckenridge and we brought him back to complete an addition that is everything we hoped for and more! The addition blends well with the existing home and gives us a sunroom with extra light and views as well as a loft.

Adam helped us evaluate several properties we had been considering for purchase, including structural issues, improvements needed, and the estimated cost and permitting to complete same. His feedback to us was instrumental in avoiding a purchase that would have been ill - advised for reasons that were not fully apparent to us. We have the utmost confidence in his expertise and integrity.
