So the process of scheduling and actually going to the appointment was very pleasant, I called as a first-time patient and was scheduled for two days away right away which was great because I was really in need of new glasses right away as my old pair broke. I went in for the appointment and didn't have to wait too long, which was nice, and the appointment was quick and the receptionist was very helpful when it came to choosing frames. My disappointment comes from the fact that it's been almost EIGHT WEEKS since I ordered my glasses and they keep telling me they're still not in!!! I have called

NEVER EVER GOING HERE AGAIN
It deserves 0 stars.
I went in on Friday wanting to pick up a box of contacts. Apparently she was unable to locate my file! At a doctor's office and she was unable to locate a paying customers file!
Never in my life had I heard this before at any medical establishment. They employee there was so rude and unhelpful.
Lets start with her presentation, she looked like she walked in from the streets, did not look professional. Not friendly, was not wearing a mask and seemed to not know her job whatsoever!
She told me the doctor would be at the office at 2:30pm. I called

I had a unique situation with my eye. I needed to be seen immediately and this place was open until 6pm. I called at 5:36pm and they said if I can make it before 6pm, they would see me. I was able to make it, be seen and treated well. I was actually turned away at other places while this place made an exception to see right away. Great service and great front desk staff.

My major complaint is feeling defrauded by this practice. I ordered two pairs of contacts. My insurance covered two boxes of contacts or up to $125. My contacts cost $150 for two pairs. Not only did it take five weeks to get my contacts due to their failure to actually process my order, but when I picked up my contacts they only gave me one pair claiming I paid $150 for two boxes of contacts, not two pairs. At this point I'm pissed due to all the wasted time and money. This business charged me three times the amount the contacts actually cost. Beware of this place...The photos show where I bought

If i could give zero stars i would. This place is a train wreck.
First of all.. the office is very hard to find. Secondly. . When you do find it there is a large room that is obviously in disrepair.. not the guest thing you want to see. The office isn't finished. The baseboard is missing and the drywall is patched.
The equipment is old and outdated. They give you handwritten prescriptions.
I've been waiting weeks for my glasses and every time i call they say they will be here in a few days. I would prefer a refund because i never want to return.
