My family has been a long time customer of Garo's, going back years and years. Over the past few years the service has not been great, yet we kept using him. We will no longer. We made a reservation for a car to take us to LAX. We told Garo there are 4 of us and 4 large suitcases. The car that shows up is a town car and the driver says, there's no place for the suitcases, the trunk is too small.
