Don't use these people! They charged me $163 for a 4.3 mile tow! Had I known they charge from their location to mine to the repair shop I would NEVER have used them. I worded with my Insurance Roadside program and was told that any overage over $50 would be my responsibility. When I told them I needed a 4 mile tow, they assured me there wouldn't be an overage. Unfortunately when they showed up and asked for $113 I was completely stuck and it was paid. When I called the owner to complain he said they charge from their location in Yorkshire to my home in Holland to the repair shop and then

Called out to get pulled out of a snow drift. They quoted an hour but arrived in about 30 min. The guy was tired (obviously had been out towing all night) but was friendly, calm and got us out quickly and safely. Didn't damage the car. Took his time to ensure that. He was so prompt and courteous! It was a little expensive but they got the job done. I even tipped the driver $20. I would definitely use them again!
