I lost control of my car (buffalo winters, am I right?) and ended up in a ditch on the side of the highway. So I called AAA and then sent my driver, Dave. He was amazing. He was patient with me as I was very scared and shaken up. He was very cautious. He put me in the tow truck because it is very dangerous on the side of the highway in winter. He was also greatly generous as he tuned to my favorite radio station while I waited for him to get the car out of the ditch. And not just that...he asked if I was warm enough with the heat on so I said yes. He offered to turn down the heat. So I asked him
