Amazing customer service and product! Deborah and her husband Hestin are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I have never seen a product get rid of and kill scorpians. The only scorpians we find now are dead! I highly recommend this company! They listen, they care, they respond quickly and are here for all my pest needs!

Super responsive, informative and great results - I employed Pinnacle to address 4 Yellow Jacket nests near the house where 3 children play and two had been stung plus me. They were there same day to address 2 nests for a very reasonable cost and when we discovered 2 more nests they addressed these rapidly and completely as well. I wouldn't engage anyone else after the outstanding service Pinnacle provides.

The guys at the Floresville location are very professional. Andy is always ready to help and make appointments as quickly as possible and they do the best to make the problem go away. Highly recommend. I have them coming out every 3 months since I bought my home last summer. I see occasional bugs but they are always dead! Communication with them is easy and Deb is so nice. They guys who have been out are always so respectful and I appreciate their wearing of masks. So grateful for this company.

This company was used by the previous owner, so I decided to call them up when the bugs started getting a bit outta control. We bought an older home with some land and I get that they (bugs) live here too, but please scorpions, stay out!
Everyone I have dealt with with this company is SUPER nice! Michael, Debra and Heston! Heston came out, on time, and knocked it outta the park! He knows what he's doing and what to look for and sprayed areas that I didn't even think of. Told him my concerns and what was bothering me and he fixed it! Day one and I can sit on my porch again.

Just moved into town and scared to go in our backyard!
Super professional and took care of our crazy wasp nest! They arrived right on time and with no-nonsense helped us out! They were super nice too and at a great price. We will probably hire them as our regular monthly/quarterly bug company after we get moved in more! Hire them, you won't be sorry.

This is one of the most personable, hard working owners (Heston) I know. Does a super job, always positive and shows up when the appointment actually is! We had a couple of other companies but they just could not seem to irradiate the pests. We have used Heston exclusively now for over a year and highly recommend him. Local, small business owner who knows what customer service is.
