We service both residential and commercial and perform all termite inspection reports.
Chance from Colt was efficient, professional and very friendly. He serviced my daughters new home and I was so pleased with him I switched and used him for my home. Recommend to anyone in need of Pest Control services. Had an unwanted racoon move into my house while on vacation. Company not only humanly found a way to help the animal vacate but also sealed the house to prevent further future invasions of outside wildlife. Promptness and professionality mixed with being personable is what makes this company stand out above the rest!!!

Throughout the years, I have tried several pest control services. I first met Chance at my friend's house. I told him my problem and he instantly had a solution. I thought what have I got to lose. Thank goodness I choose this pest control company. This is the first summer in 8 years that I have not seen any bugs in my house. I normally see a couple of big roaches from outside that like to come into my house but now..there is nothing. I've never been happier and I highly recommend Colt's pest control. You won't be disappointed.

Chance is professional, courteous, and exceeded our expectations with the thoroughness of finding 2 additional entires we never would have found, and he locked it down! We waited over a year to get this done because we were worried what all it would entail and costs. Chance explained everything to us and was professional and polite, answering all of our questions. Additionally, he completed an outstanding job and much faster than expected.

10/10. Chance seriously has your best interest in mind. Super mindful of your schedule, easy to talk to, willing to spend a good amount of time on any concerns, really responsive, and just great guy. My house backs up to a huge field and I should have all kinds of bugs and rodents...but I don't. Not only does he provide a great service, but he also took the time to check out my home and found gaps in the siding and the garage door that were allowing pests to get in. I should mention that he found holes that 2 home inspectors missed.
