On Demand Class Library, practice yoga any time of day, any day of the week, as many times as you'd like. Teachers are responsible to clean hard surfaces & moving chairs (Chair Yoga) between classes. To assist your instructor preparing for each class, please book your class online no less than 30 minutes before class starts.

Services
Chair Yoga - For individuals who are temporarily unable to get up and down off the floor easily. All stretches and postures are either seated on the chair or standing while using the chair to assist with balance. Class limited to 12 people. Prerequisite: must be able to come down the stairs to the studio.
Diana has been practicing yoga since 2000. Diana has continued her education since receiving her 500 hour certification by taking workshops from various yoga instructors from around the country. Some include Christina Sell, Darren Rhodes, Gioconda Parker, Desiree Rumbaugh and more. Diana's classes include awareness of alignment, variety in sequencing (no 2 classes are exactly the same) as well as some humor and fun mixed in.

A small place in the small Historic Manistee town that can be found on the Riverwalk within an older building. Given that it is in an older building and the classes are held underground, it is expected to be colder than usual. That being said, the owner has done a nice job of making the quaint place feel at home with names of the actual rooms after different yoga branches. The instructor, Diane, also took it slow for beginners, and realized the different levels in the room
