My experience at AFC began back in September. I had bariatric surgery in July, and was told by my Doctor that I needed to find a gym to continue my weight loss journey. I had lost 40 pounds when I joined and I joined after much research. I continued to lose 60 more pounds while. My time at AFC started back in October of 2018.

Came to Ludington for vacation for a couple days but still wanted to get some good pumps in while I was here.
The nearest planet fitness is an hour away so that was a no go, but we stumbled upon this amazing gym on Google while looking around. Its about 6 minutes away from the hotel, maybe 2 miles or so.
Anyway, let's talk about the gym. The gym itself is amazing. Its locally owned and the equipment is the same stuff im used to working with at large scale gyms.
There's many rooms with different varation of equipment. But I stayed mostly in the free weight/machine section. This place is not only
