I love Dr. Hudson and all of her staff. I have a great experience every time I come in. The only issues I've had have been with billing. They don't use mychart or allow online payments.The billing department is also nonexistent. I attempted to pay via check once and they never received it. Called billing several times, emailed, left messages, nothing. Only response I got was from the front desk. I eventually just took the L and paid again over the phone.

I paid my bill ($150) at time of service. I do not have insurance so the entire amount was due at time of service. The entire appointment was just a short chat with the gynecologist. No treatments were given, no medications prescribed, just a consultation. I have emailed them 3 times, I have left a voicemail, and still it is not resolved. I was so impressed with the in office experience but this billing is ridiculous. There is no way I owe them MORE money for a 15 minute conversation.

Procedures and test were all explained very well by staff and the Dr. The staff is very inviting and professional. The doctor is very kind, helpful, friendly, and seems to truly care about her patients. The office offers a BioTe implant that has helped many patients in the office achieve proper hormone levels and return tired bodies back to a normal state. I would definitely recommend!
