I worked for this agency for 7 weeks. Those seven weeks with the company literally blew my mind. They have absolutely no care what so ever about their clients. They allow their IT specialist with absolutely no healthcare experience to produce notes on those innocent patients and they actually bill Medicaid with his notes.The owner is all about the money. He will make promises to his case managers in the interview and will literally dodge you when the promise isn't fulfilled. I personally believe that is because he tried to come on to me and was upset because I didn't go on a date with him. The

I have a pretty good history with Cityside; I was a Paraprofessional and Case Manager in the accumulated amount of time and contract work I provided.
I left the agency in December 2018, and I am still getting phone calls from various past clients. All of them are stating the same thing, they do not know who their Case Managers are.
It is so sad to know that Medicaid pays this agency to provide quality care, but in my observation, there is a great disconnection with Case Management and clients. These are human beings that are diagnosed with mental health disorders, that depend on honest assistance

If you want a place that is about getting help, then this is not the place for you. At this place it is all about billing and making money not about therapy and helping to better the clients quality of life. Steer clear if you are looking for real results because all they care about is using up the units and getting them renewed when they are used up.

I worked here for about five months in 2015.There was always an issue with the agency never having enough clients and regurgitating the same clients,presumably to take advantage of Medicaid payouts.Some staff who worked with other agencies were juggling the clients from agency to agency to fit their financial needs.This in my opinion left the clients confused.The company have horrible ethics standard ,next to none.Management seemed really unprofessional and lacked the kind of empathy to work with vulnerable clients...it just seemed like a number cruncher financial venture for them. This behavioral health care agency is community based (in your home, community center, school, etc) and provides various services such as individual, family and group counseling. This agency has been established for over 5 years. They offer staff trainings at least 2x's a month. They take pride in being technology and paperless driven with electronic documents and tele-medicine. They are active in the community by hosting various events, workshops, etc. My interaction with this agency has been great!

This agency provides counseling.I worked there for five months.I was not paid properly for ages.They kept regurgitating the same clients and clashing with other agencies as they did not have enough clients,presumably to take advantage of Insurance payouts.There is a high staff turnover simply because of poor management.I completed the paraprofessional training and because I decided to leave they hacked into my account so I could not print out my certifications.The agency is simply unprofessional and the few clients they have to work with seem to suffer because of this.
