I called Simonson Real Estate & Auction Service over a year ago when I saw their sign on some property for sale in an area that I was interested in purchasing land. I talked to Diane who let me know that the property had just sold. She took my name and number and said she would call if another property in the area comes up for sale. Nearly a year later, I received a call from Paul from Simonson Real Estate letting me know that a property in that neighborhood was for sale and if I wanted to go walk the land that weekend because it would most likely sell quickly.
