Following describes how Reliant Real Estate Services and their client resolved a plumbing issue. My daughter/tenant plugged a toilet and was instructed by Reliant to call a plumber to fix it. She did that and during the repair the plumber broke the toilet. The plumber and Reliant discussed the situation and they decided to replace the toilet without discussing the fix or options or pricing with my daughter. After which my daughter got a big bill from the plumber. After discussing this with Kevin at Reliant, it was decided that the apartment owner would take responsibility for $230 of the $455 bill

Was late on rent and got eviction notice. When I called to clear it up and pay, the angry, emotional little manager refused to let me pay the rent. I was given til the end of the month and then got taken to court where they sent two child employees to try make big profit from my eviction. Apparently they bank on people not showing for court judging by their absurd claim. Regardless, they didn't profit from screwing me over, but i now have an eviction on my record for no real reason.
They're basically a slumlord management company that makes half their money in small claims court. Stay clear.

No call back. When I had a friend call. I got 2 responses. Set up an appointment for a showing. She never showed up, didn't answer her cell phone, nor her company phone. I looked through the windows and it ended being a slum building anyway. Thank you for not responding. I closed on my own home on Friday the 13th. What a blessing it is that you were a no show/no call. Very unprofessional company for a slum of a building.

Complete slumlords my shower has been leaking for what looks like multiple years due to discoloration in the floor from dry rot and possible mold. Didn't even fix the problem cuz it still leaked but I found where it's coming from. They also took forever replacing my hotwater heater after it going out multiple times during the winter and I had to go weekends without hot water. I will not be resigning for anther year. They seem to care about keeping their money and not taking care of their tenants

My 79-year-old mom called them because she couldn’t open her door that is right next to her car because it was stuck shut! the door is not level an stuck shut…They told her they couldn’t help her because she has one working door! She can barely walk and they wanted her to walk all the way from her front door through two gates to the back door to get to her car! My husband went over to help her and he had to push and kick the door in to get it open!!!!If you can’t take care of your properties don’t buy them and rent!!!!!!! Slumlords!

Charged for everything that we needed fixed from previous tenets. House was disgusting when we moved in. After moving out we were charged for $500 for broken blinds which were broken when we moved in, charged 100$ for stove drip plans and 100$ to "clean the oven". All of these charges were absolutely ridiculous. These people were not friendly, not helpful, and were only interesting in shady practices and taking advantage of college kids.

If I could rate them as a 0 I would. When we first rented from them they said that our A/C unit would be replaced because it wasn't working properly.. it never got fixed... then our next place we had happened to be with them again and we ended up with some water leaking in the house and fought with them on the mold for almost 4 months before we got ahold of the landlord to come see it for himself. We have 2 kids and they did not take this seriously at all. I have never seen such horrible work in my life. When we signed our lease they offered to replace carpets because or normal wear and tear but
