I felt welcomed and safe while in the jewelry store. The staff were properly Covid compliant and masked correctly which I absolutely appreciated. The jewelry selections are well priced and you can find something for everyone and every occasion. They also do quick turnarounds on repairs and REALLY give your jewelry a good clean which is something that some others charge extra. Trust me-- I will be back. Valentine's Day, my birthday and Mother's Day are almost back to back

There are many jewelers in south Florida, but none compare to Fountain jewelers. They have jewelry for everyone's taste. Estate pieces, antiques, modern. My daughter recently found hoop earrings, she is in love with, a bracelet to match and studs for everyday. The sales associates are very professional, knowledgeable and have a lot of patience. Whatever you're looking for I'm sure they have it and if not will go above and beyond to get it for you. Trust us you will be beyond satisfied just like we always are.

I took my pearl ring for sizing to Fountains Jewelers. I did some research before sending my ring to size and Fountain Jewelers had the most competitive pricing and fastest completion time. I went in to drop off my ring, the staff there was very nice and took their time helping me find the size that worked best for me. I dropped of my ring on a Saturday and received a call to pick up my ring the following Tuesday just as promised. I am a happy customer. Will definitely be back. I also have to say, the have beautiful pieces available.

I brought my TAG Heuer watch in for repair as it kept stopping & starting. First was told it was the battery which they replaced, but still wasn't running right. Next, was told it needed an overhaul which I agreed to & paid $150. A week after I picked it up, same problem. Brought it back again & then was told the crown wasn't pushed all the way in. I asked to have the watchmaker look at it again & left it for a week. Reuben called & said to pick it up, running fine. A week later, watch still stopping. Brought it to a TAG store & they sent it to their repair

I went to this jewelry store several months ago with my wife to shop for an early Christmas present, and sent $700 on a two tone necklace, which I put on layaway. Today I walked into the Jewelry store to make the final payment and had to ask them to put it into a box. Twenty days from Christmas, you would think they would have offered to gift wrap it. Gone are the good old days, when you could count on great customer service. This was our second purchase from this store, you would think you could get good customer service for repeat business. So much for loyalty!

Moses and Reuben were quite knowledgeable in the 4 C's of diamond buying and selling. I was in the market to sell a wedding band set that l way overpaid for at Zales in 2014. They were able to work with me and extended a fair offer for the set. Note to self for future: never buy diamonds at Zales or that type of store. Go to Fountain Jewelers instead!

We love this store. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Both Reuben and Rachel were at our service to make sure that we found exactly what we were looking for within our budget. We came in for wedding bands and were thinking about buying a watch as a gift for a co-worker. We were successful in all areas. The selection of jewelry is incredible.
