I contacted Capital Hill about a rental house, explaining I needed to move in ASAP. Ken contacted me back quickly and we scheduled a tour for the next day, on a Sunday. We applied for the house on the same day at night. The whole team made sure to review our application quickly, calling me whenever needed, and by Wednesday they had already sent us the lease for review. We had the house keys by Thursday afternoon! We absolutely love our house, the price was fair and the team was professional. Would recommend them to anyone!

We rented a house managed by Capital Hill Realty for one year. We never had an issue with the house and when we requested new carpet in the bedrooms the owner agreed and did it. Paying our rent through the portal es super easy and convenient. When we moved out we got our full deposit returned. It’s a great property management company.

The house we used to rent was managed by Capital Hill Realty & Management Inc. You're in really good hands with this company. Any time we had a problem with the house and submitted a maintenance request, they were always right on top of it and got it taken care of promptly. They will not leave you hanging out to dry. You can always call them during business hours and you'll get an actual agent to talk to, not some automated machine. They were very fair about our security deposit refund. As long as you do your due diligence and deep clean it / paint it, they will notice the effort you took to make
