Been on hold for 4 hours, let’s hope eventually someone answers the phone! I tried the extension the owner left in a comment for customer service, and was still on hold for another hour. Impossible to get someone on the phone!

I’m surprised to read the other reviews Because my experience has been nothing but positive and stress free. They are extremely responsive and the customer service has been on point on multiple occasions (thank you Carlos). They were able to get me my supplies while I was traveling in other states without any delays. I had an issue with my Dexcom And they handled it with the company directly and were able to get me a replacement that day and even called me days later to make sure everything worked out. My provider switched me to CVS and I made a point of getting it switched back to this company

1st Choice Sleep Diagnostic Center located at this facility is horrible. I will never go there again. The staff is RUDE! Especially the manager Michele Diffey. I had a referral for a sleep study and every time I would call I would get conflicting information. I requested to speak with Michele about the cost and if she had confirmed her participation with my medical insurance and she basically called me dumb (mind you I work for a medical insurance company, so I know about how a deductible works). Michele proceeded to say my deductible was already met even though it wasn't. She was screaming

I had been calling for a MONTH and i still never received any diabetic supplies, I got my authorization and everything and they had the audacity to say that they don’t deliver glucometers, test strips, and lancets only my pump supplies and they said this to me as I was looking at the authorization with all the codes on it for those things, I had been calling and never got a resolution I supposedly spoke to the manager who was VERY unprofessional and rude, did not give me a way to resolve my issue and was very unhelpful. The app is super quick and convenient for refilling prescriptions. The only down side is there is no way to update payment information on the app.

VERY POOR BUSINESS. I HAVE ALREADY FILED COMPLAINT WITH BBB. Screwed up twice on life threatening medical supplies I desperately needed. Out of three people including a manager-NOBODY could help me. Plus I didn't speak Spanish so language barrier was a big deal. BEWARE! Lots on Mexicans in this area of California. Don't let their response fool you. Very unprofessional and sad workers that could care less about a job.

I am very UNSATISFIED with this company. I was referred here for pump supplies 2 months ago and have had nothing but HORRIBLE service. I was told twice I was set up on auto-ship refills and that does not seem to be the case. I usually don't write these kind of reviews but as I have been sitting here on hold for WELL OVER AND HOUR waiting for someone to pick up I am VERY HIGHLY ANNOYED. I chose 1 star because I had to if there was anything less I would have chosen it!!

I just wish they would help their customers when it comes to paying cooays. I'm sorry I don't have $400 on hand to drop at one time for the pump supplies that I do need. Partial payments would help greatly. It's not like I have other supplies to worry about as well

One star is too many. I am being forced to use this place by my insurance and in the long run that's a terrible decision that will drive up their costs.
They sat on my order of desperately needed wound care supplies since before Christmas. I have had two severe infections since then and basically haven't been able to leave home because doing so with multiple wounds exposed risks my life. I don't think they have any experience at all working with wound care supplies, because nobody I spoke to knew anything about bandages. I ordered my supplies for my insulin pump on dec 20th.
I received a thank you for my order on the 20th also. I just called to check on order and was told they have order on file. As soon as get prescriptions , I’ll get a new pharmacy.
