This place Ray Fisher Pharmacy and medical supply’s is the worst, they were supposed to deliver a walker for a 84 year old man on 6/18/2020 and never did. I called the morning of 6/19/2020 and was told that it would be delivered today 6/19/2020 as of 9:30 p.m. It’s still not delivered besides what elderly person would be up that late. I call numerous time and every time he (Randy) the owner had so excuse and was so rude. Telling me that the driver was going to call me and never did. Just telling me lies.He even hung up on me. This place is one big joke. Please don’t give this place your business

I have been a customer for several years. It is a great comfort to me to be able to go to a place that actually know how to fix a wheelchair and realize I can't move without one.
They found out that I use my electric every day to teach in and when I had a problem they came that same day and fixed it at school. When other people were busy helping others the owner himself made the trip. I reccomend them to all my family and friends!

My Mother loves this store for Masectamy supplies. We came by to look for orthopedic devices to help the elderly stand up from a chair. The pleasant young lady had nothing to offer except expensive electric lift chairs. There are plenty in catalogs that have this simple device. I love and prefer to buy local first. I parked in the back and was appauled at the dirt and trash and weeds in the corner by the handicapped parking spaces. The rusted out empty fire extinguisher box was another disgusting site. These ugly conditions have been there for years! How can you trust this store to care for you

We come from Chowchilla to this pharmacy! That in itself speaks volumes! Repaired my electric chair! Very short period of time when he found out where we were coming from. Always polite! Always kind! Would rather pay a bit more and have that personal touch than get the automated "big company" mumbo jumbo! I'm calling later today to check on new electic chair! Myself and my husband Gary very satisfied!! 6/30/20

The pharmacy tech was so rude and unprofessional, you can tell she has no higher education. her behavior and demeanor should make her parents proud. she is probably a chip off the ole block. would be sad to know that something bred her and she reproduced, to carry on that very nasty, ghetto, attitude gene she has. i would never go back to this place as long as she is there.

Got a Nova brand manual wheelchair repair. We purchased the chair elsewhere and Marcos performed the repair by replacing two used brakes with two like new used brakes. The former brakes were so bad that the chair would rollaway on any incline over twenty degrees.
But this definitely extended the life of the chair by a year and saved us a few hundred bucks for 48 bucks.
He threw in a calibration of the big independent wheels that were super loose. Looking around it looks like a perfect store to purchase manual, electric and wheeled assistive devices. Fisher's is a pharmacy too that we did not

Do not shop here.
1. their prices are double of what they are online. They know you need items ASAP and they take full advantage of it. I try to support local businesses but that’s too much to ven for me.
2. they have an absolute no refund policy apparently in bathroom items. This is after only three days, with receipt and stickers still on the items. I was planning on buying a recliner here but no any more. Just FYI so the same thing does not happen to the next guy.

We have been using Ray Fisher exclusively for all of my 92 year old grandmother's medical equipment needs. From basic maintenance on her walker to most recently purchasing items for "at home care".
Christian, Josh and Randy have been there each and every time to answer any questions or recommend items that would allow us to provide comfortable and complete care for her.
On Tuesday afternoon, in 106° weather, they welcomed me and my three young girls in and patiently helped us to purchase equipment needed asap.
Thank goodness for Ray Fisher!! Best price and best service in town!
