Was very pleased! Great customer service! I suggested a few things that I thought would need to be fixed before I passed inspection. They were very honest and said only the breaks were needed. I was happy to be not taken advantage of!

My Aunt had some repairs done at Painters that I had to go back and correct. My Aunt and I went into Painters and explained with fact based evidence and Chris had explained that he has been correcting some issues with a former employee he had. Jusrin made it right. As a customer she felt good and will more than likely be returning for work. Thank you Justin for making it right. 🙏

Sadly this is not the Painters I knew and support. They used to be caring and reasonable. But unfortunately now it seems like they are more about the money. Only when I tried having my car towed from their shop to a more reasonable one did they come down on their over priced service. I was even charged $20 for them to put new windshield wipers on! What saddens me is they've been doing this now to some of my friends who have also been supportive of them over the years. They charge dealerships prices without any of the amenities. It's sad when a company that was loved and supported by their community

Needed an oil change. I first called ANOTHER place, & they told me it would be a 3 hour wait.
Looked on line, & found Painters Auto. They said we stay in our vehicle, just pull up, and our oil would be changed. Did that. Kenny was our professional oil change mechanic. He took care of us lickety-split! No waiting at all. Definitely will return. Also, I would recommend them to my family and friends.

This is the worst mechanic in new castle I went to go get my oil changed down there and when I went to pick the car up the total was $93.27!! That’s ridiculous you can do it yourself for less than that. There’s also a much better mechanic down the road that would do an oil change for maybe $50 cause he’s fair and honest in what he does not like these bums here

Couple months ago I used them for an oil change very nice very respectful seemed very knowledgeable. I knew I was going to need breaks very soon came in dropped off my van. The first thing out of the owner's mouth was do you need a ride home I thought it was pretty awesome that I didn't have to ask for a ride home he was just willing to take me home even though I did bring my own ride home. I'm no perfect mechanic but I can work on my own vehicles I just choose not to do breaks. Thank you for the amazing work you guys did.
