I reached out to this company because they came highly recommended by a few friends but I would steer clear of them. If you are looking to have anything but a BIG project done, don't go with this company because they won't give you the time of day. Not helpful and acted like I was wasting their time and putting them out for even calling.

This place was absolutely terrible! We called them on Wednesday, when our AC went out. They sent a consult the next day. No problem. They said they would be back between 2-6pm the next day to install the needed part. 7:15, no show, no call. It's hot and we didn't want to use the oven, so we go out to grab food. While we were gone, the guy shows up leaves without calling my cell as requested. He leaves. Next day, they say they are technically open but things were slow, so they didn't bother actually getting people to work. They promise to come first thing Monday. Guess what? Monday comes, and they

I had them come out for a bid on some HVAC work to finish my basement and also a bid on a fireplace. Their bid was high and I went with another local company for my project. Here we are 9 months later and I get… an outstanding bill from them for the bid that I declined... 🤔 I understand mistakes are made but this is not ok...

Every single person I spoke with was fantastic. Their office manager/receptionist was friendly and helpful. Their Sales Rep Katie was super flexible and… accommodating to my schedule. She came and talked to us about different options and made great recommendations. She had great product knowledge and was easy to work with. These guys were great. Jordan and Trevor came out and did a full install of both our furnaces and installed AC. Despite our house being determined to resist in every way it possibly could, our installers kept their cool (ha!) and forced it to comply. They worked hard, rarely taking any breaks. Even though the job took longer than expected (not their fault at all), they didn't rush the work, ensuring they did the job right.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Bills Comfort System came out to my home yesterday and installed a new Furnace and AC Unit. Trevor and Q came to my home. Both were very friendly and professional and took some extra time to answer all my questions and to put me at ease. Great job by these two installers and Bills Comfort was easy to work with. We have been doing business with Bill’s for 17 years. They have been wonderful. We have had early morning and late night furnace repairs and other great maintenance and service. Last night the a/c went out and Gordon came right over and fixed it. We feel they are honest and reliable. I would highly recommend them. 5 stars

I'm so happy I had Bills Comfort Systems install a new fireplace in my home. The service this company provides is incredible! I scheduled an appointment for a bid and the very next day Charlie was at my house answering all my questions and giving me ideas/options. Within a few more days, Chris (and the other gentleman, sorry I forgot his name) had my gas line run, fireplace framed/installed, and the finishing rock with a beautiful mantle done. These people are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will refer Bills Comfort Systems to everyone I know and if I need their assistance in the future
