On Monday Aug,17,2020 these 3 gentlemen came into my apartment and moved my ENTIRE home,3 bedroom 1&1/2 bath; upstairs, downstairs, and storage unit WITHOUT breaking ANYTHING. They were fast, friendly and professional!!! I was so stressed that one of the young men calmed me just by talking to me. Then he went right back to work. They put my heavy items all in place(up/downstairs). These guys made my son feel like he was the MAN of the house(cause he is) just by calling him “sir”. My son looked at me and said,”Mama, I’m a sir!” with pride all in his eyes. It might have taken a while to

Every time I move I call them!!! I have been using their services for the past 5 years and even when there is a issue they resolve things quickly and I really appreciate them for that!!!! Used this company to move us on Sunday, 9-30-18. We had to be out of our storage unit by 5 pm or we faced another month of rent. The two movers took extra care with our property and had us out of the storage unit and into our home in three hours. Great job! Amazing price as well. I recommend this company.

We rented a UHaul and planned to have friends help us move on Saturday 1/7, but due to the forecast of snow, we didn't want to risk waiting. So, we picked up the UHaul on 1/6 and started packing, but since it was just my husband, son and myself, we couldn't lift the "heavy" items, especially since my husband broke his hand, which was in cast. I called several different companies to see if they had a couple of guys that could help (last minute). Amazingly, my move ended up being fine - it was not without issues, though.
1. The movers dropped one dresser but there was no damage to it. One of my boxes came in totally crushed and almost completely open, but my items were not damaged. The only casualty was my vacuum - they dropped it off the truck and the neck snapped off.
2. I was promised that my items would arrive on the day that I requested if I gave at least 2 weeks notice, but that did not happen. I gave over a month's notice and they got my items there two days later than I had asked for them. I was forced to pay for a hotel

I can't say enough good things about these movers. I had some issues with my move so I actually ended up calling them 2 days before my actual move to schedule (not ideal) and the fit me into the schedule (picking up one day and dropping off the next) with an extremely reasonable quote, (the same or less than other moving companies). The secretary was super nice and helpful every time I called. Then the 2 movers they sent were really nice and extremely hardworking. They got everything out of my old apartment (on the second floor) in under 2 hours, and everything back into my new apartment

I hired Redi-Care to move my apartment from Durham to Morrisville, and can't say enough positive things about them. They were on time, fast, professional, careful, etc.. Everything you would want in a moving company. The service cost exactly what was quoted, and they have very competitive prices. I would recommend them to anyone moving in the Durham area.

I requested a quote online, had it confirmed by the secretary, had my move scheduled, and then didn't receive the confirmation email from them for a few days.
I followed up today (3 days before we had discussed pickup) and the secretary transferred me to the owner. He said they couldn't do the move for the price quoted and that he was sorry that no one contacted me letting me know. He was pleasant on the phone.
But now I have 3 days to try and find someone else to move all my stuff.
