My daughter, I my husband all have been there. I am leaving review to warn other people to be cautious about their treatment. This dentist is lack of conscience!!! A good dentist will not recommend to treat every single minor decay, They diagnose too much excessively. A dentist have conscience will tell patient that the teeth itself is the most precious, other than suggest to sharpen all teeth in order to treat a minor like a dot size decay. I understand all business need to make money, and the industry trend is like that, all over treating .. but they are too much. Really really minor decay

Just want to say thank you to the dentist and the staff. My kids had bad experience before I wanted to try another office for them. I am so glad I found this place. The dentist and staff are very patient with my kids. They take time talking to my kids and also explained in detail to me what they need. Thank you so much! And the office is very clean too. They limit the people going in. We had to wait a little bit but that’s ok. Will definitely come back.

1. They don’t allow me to be there for my 2 year old when he was having crowns and fillings done. Afterwards there are blood spots all over my baby’s neck and face because he cried too hard inside. He never had blood spots like that before.

Horrible experience! They made me and my 2 toddlers wait outside in 95° weather to fill out two large packets and there were not enough seats as there were two other people waiting as well!! Also they did not let my 2 year old daughter use the restroom!! So I left very upset!! How rude what kind of a business are you running?? And I'm supposed to trust you with my kids health and teeth? I don't think so!! I will not be returning here!! Very rude I do mot recommend for anyone especially for children!! What do they expect you to do if you have to use the restroom?? People use your common sense!

This place is amazing! when my child needed treatment, the doctor and staff explained how it would be done and recommended oral sedation. My kids are awake but not asleep. After the treatment, my kids had some few tears but they did great. I would rather my kids be awake for treatment, then to have them be asleep and not moving.

La puente kids dental home is the most amazing place. I love how they treat my kids and how they find ways to make my kids feel comfortable. My kids needed treatment and they explained the treatment plan to me with detail and professional. Every time i go they always make sure that they answered to all of my questions and concerns i have. I loved how they show my kids x-rays and explain and point to me where the cavitys are. Most importantly to me is that at this office they dont put kids to sleep. They use sedation is a drinking medicin. So that makes me feel less worried cause i know my kids

DO NOT GO!!! Super rude and unprofessional. Did not allow parents to enter with kid, our son was 2 years old and parents entrance was denied. They said our son has 5 cavities and insisted root cannel treatment, without showing proof of cavities. My friend said her son was treated with violence inside the exam room.

This is the worst dental clinic I have met. On 10/28 I took my son to filling his teeth. The clinic staff don't allow the parents go inside the treatment room because of covid 19. I trust them let me son go inside alone. When he finished his treatment. His hand get injury during the treatment. I try to communicate with the dental office. They said, they are not responsible for the injury. This is ridiculous.I share my experience on social media. Lots of kid had same experience same like my child. Woooow I am laterally shocked after readying reviews. I wish I researched about this clinic before taking my daughter. The rudest and unprofessional doctor, I ever seen in my life. Today I took my daughter in this clinic first they make the parents wait in the parking lot. Second the doctor does not want to meet the parents she will sent your kids report at the parking lot by her assistants. They told me your daughter needs root cannel. If there’s any common, I would give them no star. This clinic is terrible and ridiculous. My boy get chemical burn( sodium hypochlorite ) here when he get teeth checked. I called, they answered me it wasn’t their fault to get any issue resolve. They refuse to communicate and no responsibility on this at all. No apologize for their own mistakes and not even one word to my little boy. I got the hospital report with me, I would hand this to the police department get report. I totally suspect they were abusing child when they requested no parents accompany allowed.

Seriously F this place and their staff. They are all rude! The first visit is nice, but when you go back they all have an attitude. My daughter went back in because she caught an infection from the way the put the silver tooth. Not only were they rude but they removed another tooth, because they got the wrong side! They all panicked when they finished the procedure. I stopped the male dentist and asked to look at the plate with the teeth and utensils, and he freaked out. Highly recommended! All my 3 kids are Dr Ng's patients. Very nice staff, very professional doctor.
One of my kids has serious teeth problems, at least 2 other dentists told us that my kid need to do the treatment in 2-4 times even with IV sedation (really scared me!) Dr. Ng do the treatment in 1 session with oral sedation.
At least I have option here, which is very important for me.

The Dr.Ng did a great job removing my sons molar, we went there because the person that recommended us there said she goes in on the operating room. When I got there they said we can not go in because its her personal policy. I'll felt discriminated, like I saw other parents in the operating room while working on other children but not us. Also they never gave me a follow up appointment, prescribed pain or antibiotics medicine. Sorry but I will never go to this dental. Most of her patients are asian and I saw the difference of how they treated them vs Us.

All I want to say is Dr.Ng is the best doctor ever! My daughter accidentally swallowed kid mouthwash @9pm Saturday night. We were so worried after we found out. Dr. Ng called me immediately, and gave us suggestions. She helped my daughter not getting poison from mouthwash. She texted me next day in the morning and asked how my daughter is doing. Dr. Ng is vary patience, and carrying about her patients.

I really like this place. I first brought my daughter her a yr ago. It was her second dentist visit but her first time at this place. The staff made her feel comfortable, she let them take x-rays of her teeth and do a cleaning like it was nothing. Dr. Ng is super nice and so is her staff. I also like that I was able to bring in my son and daughter at the same time. Made things easy and the day of their appt, they called me and asked if I wanted to bring them in a half hr earlier cause they had a cancellation. It was my sons first visit that day so of course he was not having it but Dr. Ng was gentle

My kid went there for fillings.The Male assistant ask would pay extra for laughing gas (Nitrous oxide), I want him to explain my 8 years old girl what the Nitrous oxide is , cause it was her first time do the fillings ，should know what it is. Isn't a quite normal request ? But you know what , The man said to us " I don't explain to a kids, parent just decide whether pay or not ". I hold my anger in front of my kid. Very bad attitude, even the dentist is ok , but I will NEVER go there again.

I have been going to Dr. Ng place for about a year now. Dr. Ng is awesome, amazing and very helpful. Her office staffs are so cool. They are so nice, kind and friendly. I got to say her place is top notch for children. Her equipment are new and clean with cool gadget. She also work with adult and not only children. She is gentle on your teeth when cleaning. She take time to talk to you about your teeth. She is very informative about any questions you have for her. I found my forever dentist! Thank you Dr. Ng!
