Went there 3 weeks ago to had my fillings replaced. I'm really glad my friend recommended me to pristine dental. Their price is very reasonable and I'm happy with the result.
Dr. Kho and the rest of the staff are very friendly and they treat you like a family.
I've had a dentist before that charged me alot just to do my deep cleaning.
Definitely recommend Pristine dental to my family.

This is hands down the nicest, cleanest, friendliest and most efficient dentist I have been to. The entire staff is so welcoming you don't even feel like your at the dentist. they go above and beyond to make sure I understand everything. More importantly they are kind and concerned to make sure that I'm comfortable that it took away any stress or nerves I had away about seeing the dentist.

At my previous dentist office I had a horrible experience so I neglected going anywhere for years. Finally I knew I had to see someone and I am so happy I found Dr. Kim’s office!
If your Insurance doesn’t cover all of the cost for the work you need, the Doctor works with you on a price you can afford. With that being said I have gotten a cleaning, 2 cavity fillings, and a root canal/crown done. Felt no pain and all the work I got done was a breeze.
Also so thankful for the assistants at the front desk, they are very knowledgeable and are always

I used to hate going to the dentist. I spent 10 years avoiding dentists after I was told my wisdom teeth would have to be removed. My first day coming here, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff members, and once it came time for my xrays to be done, the dental hygienist on duty (I forgot her name...nice lady) made me feel relaxed by actually taking the time to explain what she was about to do and why. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. The dentist seemed to be very intuitive as well and made sure I was comfortable. I got porcelain fillings and Dr. Kim made my molars look brand new

Dr Kim and the staff are super nice. Dr Kim is very detailed and takes his time to make sure your teeth are taken care of. Other places do fillings quickly and paint the entire molar. DR Kim also takes most insurance unlike other offices in the area. A quality guy, definitely enjoy coming to the right person for the job.

I recently moved to the San Gabriel Valley area(Hacienda Heights)from downtown LA. As I was searching for a new dentist I found the office of James Y. Kim DDS using Yelp. I was very impressed they almost had 5 stars! So I decided to check them out. Gave them a call they answered right away and were able to schedule an initial checkup appointment for me that same week!
As I went into the office I noticed it was very clean and even had courtesy water for me. In addition the staff were so welcoming Jasmin checked me in and reassured to me that I was in good hands since I mentioned to her I was terrified

I have never been so pleased with any customer service that I receive here at Dr. Kim's office!!! I walk in every appointment with a warm welcome and ALWAYS leave with a smile. My family and I have been coming here for over 10 years and I have never thought about going elsewhere! I will be getting my braces off very soon and I can't begin to explain how SATISFIED I am with my teeth! Dr. Kim and everyone on his staff are wonderful! Every time I walk in, I am greeted with smiles! I have only been there three times, but I feel like I have a personal relationship with everyone there because they care so much about me. That is an amazing thing. Dr. Kim is also very friendly and gentle. I am 24 and kind of scared of teeth work, but Dr. Kim makes me feel safe and comfortable. This Dental Office is everything I could possibly ask for in a dental health care provider. I highly recommend Dr. Kim!
