Our company is located in Ventura and services most areas of Ventura County including Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Ojai, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Newbury Park and more. We care about our customers. Austin Air HVAC has more than 15 years of experience providing HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation of HVAC heating and cooling systems for your home or business.
Outstanding Service from Austin Air! Nick and his crew (Chris) just upgraded our 15 year old Carrier A/C with a new 5-ton York highest efficiency two stage system and matching indoor coil with txv and a new ColorTouch Thermostat. Nick and crew were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and they worked incredibly hard in our hot attic to remove our old equipment and install the new.
When you're heating or AC goes out, and you're in a bind, you need a reputable, affordable company to respond quickly to get you back up and running. Austin Air has over 10 years experience repairing heating and air conditioning systems. Our staff has the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the specific problems that you are experiencing with your HVAC system.
You might ask yourself the question, "Is it really necessary to have someone come inspect my HVAC system when it seems to be working great?". The answer is yes. If it's been over a year since any work has been done, it's probably a good idea to have it inspected and have a maintenance service performed.
If you are trying to keep your house cool, especially during the summer months, Austin Air HVAC recommends an attic fan. When heat rises to the attic, an attic fan will push out the hot air so that the remaining heat can continue to rise, keeping your house cool, and your air conditioning system running.

I received a card in the mail with a "Special Offer" from Austin Air. I was interested so I called their phone number. There was no answer and I left a voicemail with my contact information. After two weeks with no return call from Austin Air I went to their website and completed the contact form on their "Contact Us" page. Again, no response from Austin Air to my inquiry.
If they don't respond to a potential customer how well do you think they will respond if you have a problem with their service?

Bottom line is, call these guys first. Nick is professional, knowledgeable practical and customer oriented. He even fixed a vent in my office at no additional cost after I explained the problem I was having. He will not try and up charge you or talk you into something you don't need because he has integrity, is honest and cares. My ac went out today. So I called a few AC companies and was hung up on and laughed at by another. Why waste your energy on other guys who treat you this way, especially when it's 100 degrees out?

It was hot.. just "what the heck Ventura" hot.. over 88 in the house..
So I walked outside and found Nick was installing a new AC for my neighbor. Being a good plus a nosey neighbor, I greeted then invited myself in (to try her new AC of course).
Omaigosh. It was heaven in there.. 65 solid..
So, I asked Nick if he can stop by to give a quote. He walked to my home and quoted such a good price I can't say no. I got a new furnace plus AC in less than a week!
On top of that, he fixed many faulty wiring and duct.
Nick, you are awesome!

I needed someone to service our furnace. I found Nick on Angies List and cross referenced to yelp. I was surprised to not find a single review?? Nick came out the next day,was on time even though he called to warn me he might be late, serviced both houses and charged me less than he quoted!! He seems honest and deferred work to others that he didn't feel comfortable doing. I will use him as my go to heating and cooling guy from now on.

COMPETENT, HONEST, AFFORDABLE
i had austin air come to my house to give an estimate on an old furnace that another company said was not worth repairing (but would send a sales person out to bid on a new one). i told owner Nick this and that i really wanted to repair it versus spend $7k for new everything. He said he'd see if it can be fixed and if not there'd be no charge. I said please get to it. It took a couple parts and a day and he fixed it for a little over $500 labor included. That is what i wanted, what i asked for, and in a style i value. hard to beat that. highly recommended

Good Job, Great Price
It's nice to run across honest fair people. . . .And Nick is just that . . . after dealing with an antiquated system, Austin Air came out and took care of my upgrades at a very reasonable price. The air blows cold, and my wife loves me again . . or should I say she loves Austin Air. I'd reccommend Austin Air to anyone.

Wow, great doing business with Nick. He was informative upon first email contact, not just the typical "It depends, call me." Showed up right away, diagnosed the problem, starting with the easiest first and quickly fixed it and solved the cause as well. He was also the lowest quote, by far but still ended up actually being well below his own quote since the solution was simpler than expected. I even asked for additional work that he said I didn't need. 100% honest guy! Austin Air is my go to HVAC guy now. Highly recommended.
