Shannette started out friendly and on top of it. Throughout the project, deadlines began to be pushed back, workers did not show up. The work that was done was not done correctly and requires lots of touch ups. She has failed to complete the touch ups and always has an excuse or blames it on something/someone. A bathroom/slab leak project has turned into a 2+ month nightmare. Do not recommend due to lack of professionalism and communication.
