So I did my research, met with multiple contractors and companies, and decided to go with Palace flooring. I like the transparency and honest approach David is delivering. Not only he knows what he is talking about, he is very authentic and looks out for your best interest.
We replaced floors upstairs and planning replacing downstairs in March.
The installation guys were professionals and did quality job, couldn't be happier with the experience and end result.

I can't say enough great things about David Kash and Palace Floors! We had them tackle three major jobs at our home in McKinney: master bath shower, glass, tile and tub installation; floor tile replacement for two bathrooms, our kitchen, breakfast area and laundry room; and manufactured hardwood for all our downstairs living areas.
MASTER BATH: David's teams were terrific in coordinating with our other contractor to complete our master bath renovation. His workers (licensed plumber, tile installation expert, and shower glass company) did superb work at exceptionally reasonable pricing

We were actually ready to go with Nebraska Furniture to do the flooring in our new home, and decided to stop by Palace Floors. Not only were they able to provide some savings in total out the door price with the same exact flooring (wood looking tiles downstairs, engineered wood upstairs) and materials, but they were very detailed in every aspect of their installation (verified with our own eyes). It wasn't a rush job where they were just trying to install the flooring as quickly as possible. They spent some time to make sure everything was installed correctly (on about 4000 sq ft of flooring)

We recently remodeled our home with palace floors. David and his team did an amazing job on stairs, rooms and halls. David was so nice, and he helped us to pick this hand-scarped engineering Hickory wood. They have a wide variety of flooring, provide excellent service and they meet the time-frame. Honestly, I loved the experience. All in all, we've got what we paid for. The workers were organized, the team put the furniture back and cleaned up after themselves. Keep it up.

David and his crew went above and beyond from start to finish on our wood and tile floors. They matched some existing wood flooring perfectly. Our movers were a day early and the crew worked extra hard and long hours to finish the job for us. They did beautiful work. Professional and friendly. The end result including all of the finishing work was excellent.

We had Palace Floors install engineered hardwoods and enlarge our master shower. We are delighted with the results. David with so easy to work with, Balazar and his crew did a beautiful job installing the flooring and baseboards, and Ernesto did a wonderful job on our shower. I highly recommend Palace Floors.

We learned about Palace Floors through a friend of ours. We got hand scraped hardwood floors installed.
David offered us a very reasonable price and he personally visited the site at the beginning, during and after to ensure that everything was well taken care of. With David's suggestions and supervision we got our work completed within the requested timeline. We openly discussed options with David and he advised us every step of the way with great patience. We did encounter some initial hiccups with the laying crew but because David is a very professional, trustworthy and well meaning person

I needed new floors, and I needed them for a good price, and fast. These guys really came through. Erich came by to do the estimate, and his price could not be beat. Tanya the receptionist was very nice and I can't even describe how beautiful my floors are. The men who came to do the floors were very clean and courteous.
