Very responsive, good service and daily professional But I was shocked afterwards to learn the price for a few blocks was $150.

My boyfriend and I got a flat on the way to FL. Most towing places in the area were at least an hour wait, they were there within 20 minutes and took us to the closest tire shop! Great service and we were able to get back on the road within the hour! 10/10 recommend!

Brad is the man I used him before for my car when my transmission broke. Then used him again when my moving truck got stuck and was about to tip over. He pulled it out and backed the truck up this windy driveway that was near impossible to get a 26 footer into. Highly recommend this guy for any truck towing and car ofcourse. He is the best in the area!

Brad is simply a life-saver! I was at Tysons Corner Mall & came outside to see that I had a flat tire. Found his business on google & gave him a call. I called him at 6:10 & he was at the parking garage at 6:20. By the time we came outside, he had the tire off and pulled the nail out and plugged/patched the tire. Excellent speedy service. Highly recommend!

Whoever I talked to on the phone, I'm sorry I forgot your name but you are wonderful! My mom's car had smoke coming out while driving on the highway so she pulled over to the emergency lane. My Jeep is having computer issues needed towing to the dealership from a VERY small, tight parking garage with 6'4" clearance and extremely narrow turns. Other towing companies in the DC area declined to help. Once Towboss was called for the job, they were super fast! Brad was a complete pro and got it out without a problem!! I was completely amazed. He was very professional and even dropped the key off with the dealer for me. Towboss Towing saved me tonight! Super grateful to have had Brad help me out. I broke down in a bad area and called 6 other tow companies and was denied service until I called Brad at towboss towing. I was denied because my truck is a big lifted welding truck, weighs 11,500 pounds and I was pulling my 19,000lb 44' camper. Car broke down in a busy intersection so I looked for a tow company near me...saw a lot of stars for Tow Boss. Brad answered when I called, reassured me and said he'd be there in 20 minutes. He was there in 12! Told me to stay warm in his truck while he put my poor broken baby on the ramp. Brad got me to the shop safely and with a smile on my face. Thanks Tow Boss!

It pretty much always sucks to need a tow service for any reason, but if you ever do, you'd be dumb to use any other service. Seriously, so impressed with TowBoss. Quick, easy, affordable service with an added bonus that Brad is just a cool dude. Very impressive.

Prompt, Polite, & Professional. I live in McLean and Brad was able to take care of my car quickly, easily, and at a very reasonable cost.
A squirrel had chewed through my fuel injector and cylinder #2 wires. My dealership garage was unable to give me a time of service since they were already backed up...maybe by tomorrow or Wednesday?!? Brad said he could fix it...and did so within an hour...all the while happily answering my questions about engines.

I don't like towing companies. If you need one, you're already in trouble. But when I need one I want it to be fast, reliable, good-natured, and reasonably priced. TowBoss meets all these criterion.

My car broke down. Called Brad. He said 30 minutes and was there in 20. First good feature; over deliver under promise. He was very friendly and just a nice guy. And his truck was super clean. Kudos again. And the charge was only $100. He hits on all cylinders.

Fast forward two days.

He promises to tow the car to another shop by the afternoon and does it within an hour.

Made an appointment with Brad on Monday to tow my truck later in the week. He didn't answer on Friday or Saturday nor did he return my calls or voicemails.

He is very fair and professional and came exactly when he said he would, even though I just needed a short tow. Fast and easy and extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

Brad is THE best! I originally called him to tow me to a dealership so I could get a new battery and a service. Not only did Brad come by quickly but he brought a battery for my car. It's supposed to snow tonight and he did not want me to be without a vehicle. What kind of tow truck owner does that?!? Thank you so much for looking out for me. As good as it gets, indeed. Not comfortable driving on a run-flat tire for fear of damaging the wheel (it was REALLY flat), Brad responded within 30 minutes to a difficult situation: I had pulled in to a permit-only, one-way-the wrong-way exit from the Lincoln Memorial to get out of traffic on Independence Ave. The USPP was copping a serious attitude but between Brad's politeness and efficiency, we were able to get the heck-outta-Dodge. Towboss was the only tow company to honestly tell me how long it would take to pick up my car that died at an intersection in Tysons. The truck showed up in 15 minutes, compared to the 1+ hour waits for 2 other companies. So impressed with the service!

This dude is great. I was stranded on the side of BWI parkway- nobody else would help me. AAA quoted me f***kin 3 hours! 3 hours? I called up brad directly on his cell phone and he came and got me all the way from Tysons in 40 minutes. Such a nice driver too. He was very professional, affordable, and his truck was clean.
