Initially, I called AAA and this company arrived 45 minutes later. Unfortunate for me, the technician had no idea, nor experience for that matter on how to change a flat tire on Jeep Wrangler. I actually felt bad for him, and tried to help him as much as possible on the very cold evening. In the process of attempting to jack my car to remove the flat tire, he carelessly let the long metal tire jack strike my vehicle causing paint damage in two places. Also, he scratched up my chrome wheels (2), and actually advised me to call AAA to report the damage. He eventually gave up after two hours of effort

Locked my keys in my car. Called AAA, and they called Matrix. Matrix called me maybe three minutes after I got off the phone with AAA, which never happens. I told the driver(Abe) where I was and he said he'd be there in five minutes. Also never happens.
He got there in about 2 minutes and had my car unlocked about 4 minutes later.

I had to call Triple A two days in a row due to me being stupid and not driving my car since February (I live in the city, ok???) and ALSO apparently leaving the overhead light on the last time it was driven. The battery had probably been dead for months, so it was stranded in the parking garage of my apartment when I'm trying to sell it next weekend. Inconvenient.
So I called Triple A yesterday to jumpstart it and a gentleman from Matrix Towing was sent. He got it started quickly and easily, was knowledgeable and professional, and told us we just needed to remove the battery

If you are getting roadside service from this company from your motorclub, request another company, trucks are unsafe, repaired by back yard mechanics, state inspection done by legitimate companies where the owners friends work, vehicles get "passed" so it you have to be towed by the have a friend or family member take you where your car is going.
If you choose to work at this fly by night business dont expect your last check, & you will have to pay for fuel & he will block your number, i guess he has a mortgage to pay, & you will contribute with your final paycheck, you
