Sadly, they have to take police calls before regular people, and had me sitting on the side Socastee Blvd. for 3 hours, in the dark. BUT , when the driver did finally get to me, the service was great, fast and affordable. They also took my car in for repairs that same night, in their in-house repair shop. I got my car back quickly and reasonably priced. I have used them several times and will continue to use them for my towing needs.

I was stranded on 501after having two of my tires blow out late on a Sunday night. I only have one spare and I just moved to the area 5 months ago and I don't know a soul! I Googled towing companies near me and Quality Towing showed as open 24 hours so I called them. The tow driver came quickly, like within 10 minutes of my call, which they had stated it could take up to an hour. So glad it didn't. Not only did they tow but they towed it to their garage where it was fixed the next day for a very reasonable tow charge and two new tires mounted and balanced. My car was ready to be picked up on Monday

Had a lowered Audi towed with them from roadside assistance. We had to take it to another repair shop instead, so we used them again. My son had to leave work to meet them, which I found odd since we did not need to do that the first time. It was $85 to tow it like 3 miles. My son made a mistake and had it towed to Autocare Specialist instead of Autocare Services. Was his mistake as they did confirm address. We then needed to get it towed to the right place, and my son was told he had to leave work again to meet them. I called to see why that was the case and to see if maybe they could offer a

I called my ins to have my bike towed. It cut off on me and wouldn't restart on a busy highway. The young lady had called me after she got the information from my ins co to correct information they were provided. Told me it would be a little over an hour. Then called to tell me they were close to my location. The driver Ben was great as well. He was super careful with my motorcycle. Even helped me push it to where I wasn't in the heavy stones to get it in one of my spots. Definitely would recommend this company

I would never use this service. My daughter, a college student, broke down in the middle of an intersection on her way to work . When the tow arrived she was told that they couldn't tow it to her garage, Precision Auto Tune, in Myrtle, but only to their garage. They told her it would be $165.00 cash only. She didn't have cash on her, but tried to use her card. She was told cash only, even though they have a visa sign at their business and on their advertising. When she went to pick up the car the next day with the cash. They told her it would be an additional $25.00 for a storage fee

Great experience with quality towing! Lost my keys while on vacation and had to get my car towed to the nearby dealership. While it took a little over 90 minutes for someone to get to me,Thomas who picked up my car was extremely friendly and efficient! He had my car towed from the parking garage in no time. Super thankful for the service I received!

Much like other reviews, my insurance company had called Quality Towing to tow my car to a shop, the brakes being out. The driver offered their shop services, stating they could save me money. My main concern was getting my '97 Jeep Wranger repaired and back on the road.
When I got to the shop, I met the mechanic, explained the problem. He explained it was likely an easy fix if he could retrofit the part that had rusted out. I asked if they'd do an oil change. The mechanic Dave explained they were backed up but would get to me as soon as possible.

I am giving this place 1 star on account that (one) guy was nice and helpful.
DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR VEHICLE. TAKE NOTE OF WHAT IS IN YOUR CAR, IT WILL BE STOLEN!!!!
We had camping gear in the car: tent, air mattress and pump. All were stolen from the car. What kind of heartless, dishonest people could steal from those going through hard times....how the police department could work so close to a company that steals from the city's residents and tourists is beyond me..

While on vacation in Myrtle Beach, my starter went out on my 2013 Sonata. I called State Farm and they sent out a tow truck. The tow truck arrived within 20 minutes, which was great. I explained to the driver that it was my starter, since I used to be a mechanic, now retired from that field I knew exactly what it was. The driver tried to start the car also and acknowledged that it was a starter problem. I told the driver that I wanted it towed to the nearest Hyundai dealer about 3 miles away. The Driver expressed to me that his shop could save me money if I had the repair done at their shop.

I wouldn't even have left a millionth of one star for this place but you are required to leave at least one. This is ABSOLUTELY BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. The employees there especially Robin was ruder to me than any employee of any business that I have ever dealt with in my life. I had to wait over two hours in the dark (I am a woman) for their driver to get there, and once he did show up, they lied and would not allow me to obtain a folder which I brought with me from my car. Each employee lied and would not allow me to obtain my belongings

My insurance company sent Quality Towing to help me retrieve my keys from my locked trunk. Sarah (from Jersey) came to the rescue, got in my car in a flash, helped me access my trunk through a an emergency latch behind the rear seats and was on her way in 5 minutes. Not only was she skilled, but super friendly and witty.
If I ever need a tow, my car unlocked or Sarah's wit and charm, I'm calling Quality. Seriously, this was a piece of cake and a great experience.
