I’m not one for bad reviews. In fact, I wasn’t going to bother writing this. But I’m here to make people aware of the situation. I had this set done a week & a half ago by the nail tech Eric. Honestly, I was super pleased with how these came out & even went as far as recommending elegant nails to several friends purely because they were one of the best sets I’ve had. Other than the odd nick from the drill (where he did in fact cut my cuticle) i was happy with the outcome. Over the week my middle finger nail began to darken. I thought that maybe I’d gotten ink or something stained on it

It was not a good investment today to visit this establishment. "To" was my esthetician. She is a nice lady, but made many mistakes. Her Cosmetology certificate has a date from 2017. So I would assume she has a good amount of experience under her belt right? Apparently not.
The photos I shared are the final outcome of correcting issues I verbally let her know about. There was no yelling, no one pointed fingers, nor was a scene made.
I am not an esthetician myself which is why I frequent Nail salons. 'Elegant Nails' did not provide me with elegant nails.

I have been going to Elegant Nails with my mom for years and we have always been happy with our nails. I always go to Eric and my mom goes to Lisa and they both do an amazing job. We have gotten both manicures and pedicures from Eric and Lisa and I have to say I have never been displeased with the result. They are such nice people and they are so accommodating to changes in appointments. If you are a walk in, sometimes there will be a wait, which you should expect as a walk in. Make an appointment if you know you're on a time crunch. Common sense. They do dip nails, gel nails, and regular

My two young daughter and I went here. Two of us got a full acrylic set and one got gel nail. My nails were not rounded as they should be but rather flat with odd lumps in them and have begun to lift after just a week. My eldest daughters nails were not cleaned out underneath and had giant chunks of acrylic stuck to her fingers. She also didn’t shape her nails to square with rounded edges as we asked. The woman also refused to do a simple 6 dot flower on her nails stating “I don’t know how.” It was clearly because she was too busy on her phone and didn’t feel like it. We asked if anyone

I have been in the area almost 5 years. I have tried over 20 nail salons up here in the NW/Centennial area since, so when I give 5 stars I really mean it. The staff is very friendly. The salon is cozy, comfortable and inviting. It is a hidden gem!
Lisa, the owner, is terrific. She is very knowledgeable. Lisa saved my natural nails after another nail salon tech weakened them to where they were breaking all the time. If you are into nail art, Helen is terrific. I highly recommend this salon.

I go for a pedicure today. While I'm getting it I watch one of the employees stand in front of the sink looking towards the room with her finger in her nose. She picks a booger out and then puts on a napkin. Then goes in another room and gets some food stands at door eating it. Its after doing all this she decides to wash her hands. Unbelievable....I wanted to get up from my pedicure. Disgusting. Concern me about the cleanliness of this place. I will never go back. I usely get my pedicures here..

The staff here are always friendly. I come here every month for a pedicure & don’t have a specific person I use ... they’re all great!! I also bring my niece with me occasionally for a mani/pedicure and eyebrow wax & no one avoids doing her services like I’ve had done in other salons (she’s 12). Highly recommend this place.

My first visit ever! I was greeted warmly, asked what service I would like to receive, and shown the gel colors. Phoebe did a lovely job on my ugly, dry cuticles, and then applied the gel polish perfectly. She was attentive, friendly, and her station was very clean. When I checked out, she gave me a repeat customer card, and had ne sign up for notification of specials.

Came here to get an acrylic fill with no appointment on a Saturday. I only had to wait 20 minutes and they got me in. This place is always packed. They do excellent work, very friendly and establishment is always clean. I've also had a pedicure done here as well. Also a great experience. They offer lots of services here. The prices are very reasonable. Conveniently located too. I usually grab some lunch next door and walk to the comic shop. Lots to do in that shopping center.

I just went to Elegant nails to see Julie to get my nails redone. I love the builder gel with Rock star polish! I sat for the spa pedi with hot stone treatment. If your out in centennial center stop by to see them and tell them Jimmi sent
There are Tons of colors to choose from and I change mine every visit. I get sooo many compliments on my nails. I don't know what the hell some of these people are talking about. I have come to this shop for over 14 years. I take my grand daughter and my daughter sometimes.

I came in as a walk in they took me right away. They removed my old nails and gave me a whole new set. I got matte black coffin shaped nails. Eric was my nail person. He was very professional and nice. The only thing I can say was a surprise is they charge 20$ extra for gel polish. My total was 60$ for a full set coffin shaped gel and removal of old nails. 35$ for full set 5$ for removal 20$ for gel.

The older man who did my pedicure was way to continuous on one foot and it felt sketchy. He would get my right foot, barley touch my left foot for ten seconds and then re-do my right foot about three times. After it wasn't feeling so good when it started to burn, I looked at the bottom of my right foot and I got fish net wounds, stings to stretch and walk, I am on my feet ten hours a day six sometimes seven days a week, my feet are my money makers. Who's gonna pay me to take the time off? Not my job! Not to mention if this gets infected, y'all goin down

I've been going to Elegant Nails for a few years and I love my nails every time I go! Lisa and Eric both do my nails and are personable and accommodating every trip there. They quickly greet every customer that walks through the door or calls on the phone. They always remember to ask about something in my personal life. I appreciate great quality service and genuine people, which is why I continue to go every two weeks to Elegant Nails!

This nail salon looks OLD & DIRTY. I couldn't even see the prices on their board. This should've been my first warning. I came here cause I was already at Walmart & didn't have time to wait at my regular nail salon. I only got a fill, & somehow my nails ended up being extremely uneven. I asked her to fix one, but ended up saying forget it & fixed it myself when I got home. I didn't want her to mess them up more! They are supposed to be coffin shaped. 2 ended up coffin & all the rest rectangles/who knows what shape?!

Great nail shop in the Centennial area. I always make an appointment with Eric or Lisa. They are the best! Other nail techs seem to be okay. I see they have a lot of regulars also. Make sure to call ahead or be prepared to wait because they can get pretty busy on weekends especially since it's sandal season! My mom, sister & I have been coming here for 5+ years and they never disappoint.
Eric usually does my gel mani/pedi & it's great! My gel nails can last up to 3-4 weeks without breaking. Recommend gel over acrylic. Makes your natural nails stronger.
