Nic Madsen and NAI United Managed two of my apartments, and they’re the only management company to take them over and from when they got them to when they left them made it worse. Nic doesn’t try unless you’re preppy and in Morningside like himself. After he’s neglected the property for so long (not changing locks, not collecting rent, not fixing things) he will then give you a 30 day notice of his company not being able to manage it any longer. This is not a one time experience it’s a two time experience with just myself, but I’ve heard bad things from others as well. Take it from

I would not recommend renting from NAI UNITED Management! In the short 6 months I rented from them, I had a terrible experience, after a few months of living at one of their apartment complex, I started to see coc-roaches. I informed the landlord multiple times, finally after 2 months they had a bug guy come in. (And when they finally did they would only come every 3 weeks) at this point I decided to move out, for my children safety. They agreed to let us leave if they were able to keep our down payment. Qt the time I just wanted out. But I had a credit of 230$ they signed a contract with me stating
