I called at 9:25am on January 15th to ask more information, on behalf of my mom and her boyfriend, about a property my mom's boyfriend saw yesterday. The man on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE to me, and I would venture to say very rude to my mom's boyfriend too but I was not there so cannot say. He cut me off when asking my own set of questions about the property saying he is just repeating himself, had an attitude with me, and was downright condescending. I can't believe he is allowed to work with the 55 and up community.

Without a doubt the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. We have lived in a house managed by Land Trek for the past 2 years and just renewed our lease for a third before we discovered a rat issue in our attic. Exactly 1 month ago I called to inform George of the issue and to see what could be done, after 2 different pest control companies came out to do quotes and countless phone calls to George to continue to remind him nothing has been done, we still have had nothing done to rectify the situation. I was called as a witness in a small claims court that my neighbors had to file against tenants that Land Trek put into their home. I saw the inside of the home while the tenants were living there and what it looked like after they left. Land Trek doesn't care about landlords, only money. Don't hire them to manage your property. Case in point: AFTER the small claims action I was witness to, Land Trek then put the same tenants into another house in the same neighborhood, thereby screwing the deployed military owner who didn't know about the small claims case. This organization has some serious issues with ethical business practices. They are incredibly abusive, animus and overly aggressive with both tenants and landlords. They bully senior citizens with legitimate hardships at will (i.e. posting 3 day notices and threatening to sue and have sheriffs lock them out of their homes when the rent is one day late). Harassment is their game, and Robert is the alpha quarterback at the helm. He is mean, insulting, heartless and, to top it off, totally unorganized (he once sent a 3day notice to the wrong address/tenants, then proceeded to harass them anyway

I am glad to say that I love all the management team at Landtrek. Anytime I call, which isn't often, they are always friendly and get on any requests from me immediately! I have rented for over 18 years and am so thankful for the promptness to any issues. I have friends that cant even get a response from their owners or prop mngrs about heat not working or plumbing issues! (MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO ME WARMTH, WATER AND FLUSHING ABILITY) not Landtrek they are on top of the property anytime I need them,,,

We are new renters with Land Trek. I have found that every time we have interacted with this office they have been responsive and very kind both in person and on the phone. We're very impressed with them thus far and think they're a great group to work with. I don't know about you, but moving is NOT something on my list of fun -- so dealing with a staff who are responsive and helpful is a great thing, making the whole process a lot less stressful.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.... they are so unfriendly hate thier job and very rude! I dont know why anyone would waste thier time on these people. Go somewhere else, we were going to rent a property from them and I was asking questions regarding the property and all I got was huffs and puffs literally over the phone, then my Grandmother passed away and we ended up not moving in, with plenty of notice given to them... so out of our 2500 dollar holding deposit they took 500 of it for 7 day of it being on hold. We werent even going to move in till the 1st and here it was the 13th! We tried to tell her what
