Could hardly have been worse. Such terrible communication. But hey they are still in business so I think they don't deserve one star

They charged $155 to repair a “broken blind” upon move out so it was taken out of the deposit. Paid rent on time. Never had any issues up until returning the deposit.

Just awful in literally every respect. They ordered repairs on my rental property and didn't even inform me because the amount was "below the threshold to contact the owner" and charged me for things that were the tenants' responsibility to maintain. It's now going to take me months to clean up the mess they've left from their "management".
Everyone in that office is either rude or uncommunicative, but Mark LaBarber is the worst by far, and if Doug had any business sense, he would have fired him a long time ago.

If I could give 0 starts, I would. Terrible management and no communication amongst anyone in the office. Casey was one the worst staff members to speak with because he told me conflicting information every single time I spoke to him. Mark LaBarber was so rude. He has poor communication skills and is never in the office to talk. I would call hoping to address issues with my roommates and he would get back to me days later. Take your money elsewhere. These people will nickel and dime you for literally anything.

If you ever have to deal with Mark LaBarber I feel sorry for you. I lived at one of Reno Property Management's prime rentals at the Montage (Unit 611) for two years. For such an expensive ($1700 a month for a 1 bed room) & exclusive location you would expect excellent service from your property manager; unfortunately that wasn't the case. In my 2 years there almost every appliance broke and had to replaced, everything they installed you could tell was used with lots of wear & tear. The worst part was how long it would take for anything to get repaired or replaced; weeks to months (no exaggeration

LISTEN,
Now that I have your attention I want to inform you how awful the management here works and operates. I unfortunately had to rent from RPM for a year, in which Mark LaBarber was my realtor. Besides being unprofessional (not returning calls & emails unless convenient, getting aggressive when questioned, and the the loads of excuses), the overall character of this management company was piss poor at best. Once you make it past Cynthia or whomever the other receptionist is, you'll be meet with the fake smiles and individuals that see $$. The property I lived at wasn't well kept and older

Lets start off by saying if you turn your keys in early make sure you get per diem for the days that you weren't in possession of the house.
Normally I wouldn't write a review because I know that it can be difficult working for a property company however considering I had to pay double the deposit for not have any credit and they only gave me back $318 of the $1500 I put down I think that I will let everyone know about my experience.
I was told the carpet was brand new and that they painted. Well the walls still has a little child's writing all over it (I'm a single 21yr old with no children

Reno Property Management (RPM) is nothing short of excellent. They helped me find the right services to clean up my rental house and find a renter in less than 30 days.
I am an amateur landlord with only one rental property. Over the past 6 years I had primarily found people through word of mouth. My house had not had a lot of attention during this time and was well lived in. When my latest renter left, the house needed a serious makeover with new carpeting, new paint, missing blinds, burned out light bulbs, replacement of missing smoke detectors. RPM helped with all of this and much more with

I have been a long distance property owner for 25 years and Tom Wood and Reno Property Management is by far the WORST property management firm I have ever dealt with. One staff member Mike never notified me of eviction and possible litigation regarding a tenant not to mention the loss of rent. They do nothing short of listing your property on Craig's list to get it rented and will not call you if there is no activity. I was with them for over 10 years and the quality got so bad I had to leave (not to mention the lost revenue in rent from vacant houses) They treat me, the home owner as if I am bothering
