Community Staffing Solutions, Inc. is a Washington Corporation created in 2010 and wholly owned by Marshall Johnson, CEO. We were created with the purpose of promoting growth and career options for Condominium and Apartment building employees. This includes everyone from Porters and Custodians to Concierge staff.

Services
Community Staffing Solutions provides our Associations with long-term staffing options. We will provide you with dedicated staff the treats your community as though they are truly working for the location. Each member of the team will be a fully participating member of the Association. We provide the support and employment on our end with Community Staffing Solutions acting as your own dedicated Human Resources Department.
