The Coach Home Care and Coach Home Health are a Colorado-based business which are integral part of our community. Our goal is to educate our clients by empowering them to be as independent as possible. We want to be a resource in the health care community for families, health care facilities, and an advocate for home-based health care services.
We understand that no one knows your needs as well as you which is why we value partnership, commitment, and compassion above all else. Both Coach Home care & Coach home health are licensed by the State of Colorado, bonded and insured. The Coach Home Care is also Medicaid certified for Home and Community Based Services (HCBS).

Services
Our staff at The Coach Home Care is here to meet your needs with our experience of working in the healthcare field. As a previous Director of Nursing, our owner has a clear understanding of caring for people in our community. Our staff is meticulously selected, undergoes extensive screening and training before they are matched with our clients.
Since our main goal as an agency is to coach our clients and assist them in their goal of staying at home, we see ourselves as coaches. Therefore, our office managers are considered office coaches and our home caregivers, home coaches. Though we have a lot of C.N.A's working with us, you do not have to have any certification or license to be employed with our agency as a home coach.

TOTALLY agree with Mark Brown. Coach staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND are BULLIES especially Cheyenne. Case-in-point. I texted Cheyenne that I wanted an exit interview with Christel, the owner. Three days went by and no word from Cheyenne about the interview. so I texted her again. Her response "it will be with me, Cheyenne" I told her for the second time I wanted the interview with Christel , you are not the owner and that I will contact Christel directly. Besides, YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM. She then responded "our company policy is to do the interview with director of care services, Teresa

Talked with managment today and they had no issues changing out caregivers there have been a few issue's not with management they have been great and fast at fixing any problems. I give a 5 star because they fixed the issue at hand but they also need to understand on disability we have money only at beginning of the months and errands will be more at the end of the months there would be no errands to run. Because the lack of money. And being I dont walk well it takes me 3 to 4 hours to run 1 errand. So it's something we depend on during the first week sometimes into the second week. I prefer to

Unimpressive staff & Vindictive.
FACTS: I worked for these people and they simply stopped paying for the signed contracted services with no reason. Then their staff started posted false reviews.
I have worked at a honest and great company for the last 9 years. VENDORS BEWARE!!! These folk with leave you high and dry and NOT honor and signed contacts. Customers beware, with the recklessness way they treat vendors one can only image how they handle clients and their information.
I'm happy to remove this post as soon as your staff removes the posts on TNO google reviews like the one by, The Hari

These folks are bullies! Not only did they treat my extended family horribly, but they also pick on and pray on the other small businesses in the community! I knew the original owners very well and ever since the new ones took over the joint, it seems the moral fabric of the organization is gone!
The new owners place their own interests and financial benefits above all else and feed off the medicate population. These crooks need to learn that, Patients and Community come first folks!
Follow the GOLDEN RULE!

Considering emma coffman use to work for the company. I can honestly say she was not the best worker. I can tell anyone to avoid the reviews. They are not the best. Granted the company needs to improve but you can say that about any business.
Downfall: way to many clients not enough caregivers. Because many new hires use this job til they find a better job.
Downfall: way to much office chatter during interviews.
Upside: great clients. You get the chance to make a difference.
Upside: you can pretty much pick and choose the hours you want. Many clients are flexible.
Upside: if you have small

We at Coach Transportation do a great job at providing transportation for Medicaid clients and private pay clients. If you need to get some place like a doctors appointment and have Medicaid give us a call to get scheduled for a ride. We cover Pueblo,Colorado Springs,Denver and more. Have a great day!

Had an interview there, very poor experience! Was scheduled an "interview", she had me go in and fill out a paper application when I had already applied online, then talked on the phone during the "interview" saying she had to go because "someone is trying to get a job here." Then continued to talk to another employee with me in the room about another applicant that had more experience than me and sounded promising. Lastly, she was talking crap about what I assumed to be a patient right outside the room with another employee! I actually was interested in the job before the interview. Very sad that
