My first job as a licensed massage therapist, I traveled with my table to different Hotels and Resorts in Phoenix, Arizona. I worked on famous athletes, business people, all different types of folks. A little over a year later, I began working at a high paced resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. I really enjoyed the spa atmosphere so I decided to move home to Central Oregon and open my own massage practice.
MYTH BUSTER: Deep tissue DOESN'T HAVE TO BE PAINFUL in order for it to be effective. Too much pressure makes the muscle work AGAINST the therapist, and causes unnecessary pain and soreness. Optimal conditioning and preventative treatment- relieving tension areas, stretching, reducing recovery time from training, increasing range of motion/flexibility protocol.

Amy has magic hands. I have been going to her for years and she is amazing. She caters to each client and determines how much pressure to use and I love it... because I like a deeper tissue but my husband doesn’t so we both are happy. Her studio is very clean and she also is following guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID-19 like hand sanitizing before we come in, wearing a mask and taking the time and really sanitizing between clients. I feel very safe and in great hands (literally).

I had never had a massage before, and my husband got me a prenatal massage for Mother’s Day. Amy is absolutely amazing, and made me feel completely comfortable, even though I’d never had a massage before.
Just got another prenatal massage at 37 weeks. It’s so nice to feel relaxed and pain free this late in pregnancy! I highly recommend her!
