6 hrs from home I broke down in the middle of no where. From the time I called for a tow Jim got there in 20 minutes! I didn't have a clue where to take my car so he called a place he recommended to make sure they could squeeze me in at 4pm.
After dropping off my car he drove me up the road to where some restaurants and hotels were in case they couldn't fix it right away, which they did and I was back on the road in less than 2 hrs! 150 dollar towing fee for a total of 1.8 miles. 50 dollars a day for them to keep your car on this rinky dink residential lot. Siphons as much money from you charging the same amount on weekends when clearly nothing is open to get what they need to give your car back. Only to give you a hard time about using a card (a valid form of payment) instead of handing them cash, -but don’t worry they’re nice enough to make you cover the card fee. After paying them you’ll wait 20 mins for anyone to come open the gate. Thanks endlessly for making a bad situation worse by being rude.

I wish I could give them zeros stars!!!!! Absolutely the worse towing service I have ever had to deal with. Car was towed 4/4/20 around 5 and sat with them for only a day and a half; til 5/6/20. In that little bit of time personal items out my car were stolen. The “owner” was rude about the situation and didn’t even want to stop and personally talk to us about it and pointed the blame others. We tried to talk to the gentleman that towed us and he was rude and hung up the phone without answering the questions that could help us locate our items. On the low they were trying to get my car just

The one driver and the lady that works in the office are really professional. I was in a no fault accident, they took the hassle out of dealing with the insurance company for the tow. The one lady had no problem meeting me at their yard to get my stuff out of my car. They also have very fast aervice.

When my car caught on fire, they came and towed it off of I-68, even though it was notably out of the way. The gentleman driving the truck gave me a rundown of what I had to do, and the entire company is overall very helpful. They even kept my car for over a month so I could get my surviving personal belongings!

This place has amazing drivers, Jim in particular pulled off an amazing display. The ball joint on the driver side of my 4Runner failed, he was able to move the vehicle onto the bed with no further damage to any parts. Doing this on a narrow one way street is no easy task. I highly recommend Buckley’s for towing, especially in a delicate situation!
