The driver arrived almost 15 minutes later than originally quoted. However, he was extremely apologetic and got right to business. He helped me get my son into the truck and made sure we were comfortable before loading our van. The inside of the truck was very clean and tidy and nice and warm on this cold morning. He towed our van to the dealership and waited in the service area with us to make sure they would be able to fix our vehicle the same day. When he left, I realized my youngest son left his tablet in the backseat of their tow truck. I called and the dispatcher said he would call the driver

Service was fast and friendly when my car broke down and needed to be towed. Right before the drivers were notified about my vehicle, one of their trucks went past me but turned around to see if I needed help. I told the guy I was waiting for them but they hadn't gotten the request on their end yet. The driver was very nice and called the boss about my vehicle. Within 5 minutes another truck was there to assist me. I feel they went above and beyond to take care of the situation and make sure I didn't need anything before they left. Great experience. I highly recommend Sponaugle Towing.

I have had this company tow my car a couple of times but it is been awhile. When my 2006 Ford Explorer would break down they were the ones who would come in and help out. I love working with them. They are very friendly and professional people and will treat you right. Their prices are more than fair and reasonable commensurate with the quality and quantity of the work they provide.
