Reindeer Property Manages the investments under the umbrella of the Graveline Family, LLLP, with operations in the Grand Forks, North Dakota area. The company specializes in apartment, commercial and residential rental real estate. Reindeer also does some smaller scale construction work in like businesses in the local market.

Reindeer has owned and contracted rental properties available to clients on the Southside, Near Southside, UND Campus and North End locations. Bill and Wanda Graveline started this venture with a single investment in a mobile home in 1961, over 55 years ago. Subsequently, the business was formed in 1972, but not yet under the Reindeer Property Management name.

I’d give no stars if I could! They allow their tenants to drive and park all over the grass. They also leave trash bags piled up by their house rather than walking the 50ft to the trash can. Frequently have knee high grass. Junk furniture and other items all over the yard. I feel like I live next to a junk yard and the neighborhood is really brought down by this home. Not what I want to see every time I look out my picture window and kitchen window!
