I lived with Truhome in there apartments for almost 2 years.They were very kind and professional. They respond to maintenance request fast!!! They worked with us in the past and I highly recommend them! I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

They have been very nice and helpful to any problems that I have with my apartment especially with dealing with my mailbox key lol. Derek has been super kind and has never disappointed me at all. Truhome Properties I recommended very much, it's a great home for my child and I while I finish attending UND.
Update: I moved back to MN to be close to my family but they were pretty good even though when I had my noise complaint, not much was done. Other than that, they were for a good price and responsive when they could. Some things to work on but I will miss a few of my neighbors.

I've been fortunate to be a residential tenant and commercial tenant of properties managed by TruHome. Derek and his team are very prompt and professional in addressing any issues. I have rented from this company for 2 years and Derek has been awesome to work with. He is fair and has gone out of his way to help me and my roommates. They take care of any maintenance in a very timely fashion. I would definitely would recommend renting from this management company. I have rented from other companies in GF and by far they are the best.

My boyfriend and I found a home for rent on truhome’s website. After we went and checked it out, we quickly fell in love with the fact it was outside of city limits and both of us being law enforcement, we were very excited about the privacy this home offered. After filling out applications and being approved, we decided to go ahead and pay the deposit. After the link to pay was sent to us, we received a phone call almost immediately from the leasing agent stating the owner had decided not to rent it out and the home was unavailable. I've rented from multiple companies in Grand Forks over the years, and TruHome has been by far the best. They have been easy to work with, quick to respond to maintenance requests, willing to work with us when we've had unexpected financial issues, and have always responded quickly and professionally to any questions I have had.
