The company installed several aluminum fences for us. Out of the 5 areas that they did, 2 of them turned out great. The areas where larger gate openings were installed turned out poorly. I had to completely replace a gate system a few months ago, and this past week I had to remove the old concrete footers/post-holes (less than a 1/4 bag of concrete) and repour the post-holes for the majority of the perimeter fence. It cost me in total over $4,000 to fix what they've installed. It's only been 3 years. The other 2 areas where gates were installed have alignment problems. Their customer service during

Ridiculously unprofessional. Called no less than 6 times, spoke with Jason, he passed on a $30-$50k job because we are a Condominium. If you only do residential, please indicate that on your website, at least. We should not have to call 6 times and get the run around to be told that you'll "pass on that".

After an extremely long lead time in the order I was finally notified that installation was scheduled. Installation had several issues and things needed to be redone as a result of their errors. They tore up grass on my property and never corrected or addressed the problem. After going through a torturous install process we began having issues 1-2 weeks after install. The tech came back but did not address the problems completely. I am still having issues and would not recommend this company AT ALL!!!
