Horrible customer service and attitude from the initial call with MILLY! She has no idea what the meaning of professionalism or customer service are. No clue how this company is in business. If this is how they treat potential clients I couldn't even imagine the quality of their work. Don't even waste your time considering this company.

First and foremost, I really loved speaking to Milly and how respectful she was to what I wanted. She was extremely diligent and patient with me and listened to every single detail that I wanted. When it came time to installing the fence, Henry was extremely punctual and professional. Speaking to him and watching him work made me realize how passionate he was about his business and how much time, effort, and love he puts into all of his projects. If someone asked me to recommend an amazing fence company, Henry’s Fence would be #1 on my list!

Went through many estimates and settled on this company for their professionalism and responsiveness. They kept me updated along the permit process and installed a beautiful aluminum fence for me very quickly. I will be coming back for the remaining portions of my property at a later date and would recommend to anyone.

Do NOT even waste your time considering this company to do your fencing. MILLY MILLY MILLY!!! The absolute worst and possibly one of the rudest human beings I have ever spoken to. How this company is in business with her as part of their staff is mind boggling. Listen to all the other reviews mentioning her name specifically because they are 100% accurate. This company deserves 0 stars because of her! BEWARE!!!! Do NOT even waste your time!!!

I called this company, like we all do, Russia roulette, looking for a security fence. I spoke with the receptionist Millie she was Awesome. I gave her my measurements and she was able to give me an estimate over the phone. If it was close to my budget. Bullseye. I had old shrubs and neighbors vines to move and Henry's Fence recommended Mr. Rodriguez for that. It was scheduled with no problem. Next came the fence "PERFECT". Mr. Henry loves his work. And it shows, can't say that about other companies ( I speak from experience). I wish he did other jobs, my house would look great. Henrys Fence deserves

Henry's Fence is a family owned business that takes pride in the job they do. They replaced the entire fence surrounding our association. The quality of their job is amazing. Henry worked with our community to make sure that each house was done perfectly. Both Milly and Henry are so easy to work with. Yes, they are very busy and yes sometimes you need to have patience because they cant always run out to do a job but THEY ARE WORTH WAITING FOR!!!

Both times I called this place to get a quote I felt like I was a burden to the person I was speaking to. I needed a fence repair and the person I spoke to was very short and rude. Then I called again to see if they do a particular fence. She suggested I email her pictures, which I did. Lo and behold, many days later, I get a short email saying they don't do that style fence. So, naturally, I ask for a recommendation. All I got back was "try another fence company". No kidding. Didn't even offer a suggestion for another company. Called to get a quote .. i explained what i wanted done and the lady who answered cut me off and asked, do you have measurments. I said no but i cant try to get some.. she replied well why dont you call me back when you have that?! wth .. they need to learn customer service before offering fencing services

I do not normally write reviews but I have to about this. I was quoted by Henry's team over three weeks ago for a wood fence job. I agreed to the terms and decided to go with them. When I asked when they would install the fence they stated the week of April 4th. After emailing a few times with no response I finally called on Thursday April 7th and they told me they would have to do it towards the end of the April 11th week. I was frustrated but I do understand things come up. I emailed Tuesday April 12th about which day they thought they were coming and again no answer. So I called and asked
